I really wanted to like this place, even giving extra slack for all that’s going on with the COVID virus, but I was very disappointed in my experience at this restaurant.
I called an order to go and first off, the employee who took my order laughed at my last name. I know my last name is different, but I mean, come on. We’re not in middle school. I was told I would then receive a call in 35 to 45 minutes when my food was ready. An hour goes by, and I just go in to check and see if it was ready. Maybe my number was written down wrong, no issue. My food was at a to go table and I went to pay for it. This I really feel picky for, but I heard 2 employees refer to “nigiri” which is pronounced “neh-gEAR-ee” as “ni jeer ee” and not kidding, “NIGERIA”. It really made me laugh, but seriously, if you’re going to work at an asian restaurant, at least know how to pronounce the basic items on the menu. By the time I got home, a whole 10 minute drive, the food was cold and didn’t taste fresh, leading me to think my food was done much earlier but a call was obviously never made to let me know.
I really never write negative reviews, especially as Karen-y as this one, but I really am disappointed with the food I received and the poor training and professionalism of the employees. You’re better off sticking to Oishi or Itchiban for quick, quality...
Read moreRock&Roll Sushi is a dining experience like no other. The atmosphere is lively and electric, with rock music memorabilia adorning the walls and music videos playing on the huge TVs throughout the restaurant. From the moment you step in, you can feel the energy and excitement of the place, and it only gets better from there.
But what really sets Rock&Roll Sushi apart is the food. The sushi rolls are some of the best I've ever had, with creative and flavorful combinations that are both innovative and delicious. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or a newcomer to the cuisine, you're sure to find something to love on the menu. And if sushi isn't your thing, there are plenty of other options, from salads and sandwiches to burgers and fries.
One of my favorite things about Rock&Roll Sushi is the attention to detail that goes into every dish. Each roll is carefully crafted, with fresh ingredients and a focus on flavor and presentation. The chefs clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in every bite.
Overall, I can't recommend Rock&Roll Sushi highly enough. Whether you're looking for a fun night out with friends or a unique dining experience that combines great food and great music, this is the place to go. So if you're in the mood for some delicious sushi and a rockin' good time, head on over to Rock&Roll Sushi - you won't be...
Read moreFood is good. Staff forgot to put our order in and came back to ask us what we ordered 20 minutes later. Then after everyone that came in after that had gotten their order, we still hadn’t received the sushi part. My wife told them to forget it, just take it off our ticket and we’d leave. Waitress said he was almost done so we decided to sit through this. Took quite awhile more for the one sushi roll and remember we had already watched everyone get all of their orders. Was told that they were training, never anything about the forgotten part but you could tell from what the waitress was doing and saying. People next to us had to get up and ask for napkins and then silverware. They said they wouldn’t be coming back. I see comments from the owner here about speaking to the manager. If it was who I think it was, he was the one forgetting people’s silverware. When I went to the register to pay, he casually put his AirPods in their little case, before looking up and saying “did you guys enjoy everything?” Must have had those in loud because I think it would be pretty obvious that we probably did not enjoy everything. I mean they are nice in their lack of attentiveness. Probably very nice people just very...
