I did review all the other review and I noticed a trend. 90% of you guys ordered via drive thru. Panda Express is NOT a drive fast food restaurant. It is a take out or dine in FFR that happens to have a drive thru. The drive thru was a solution for Covid in 2019. I have always take out I grew up in San Diego, CA. I had panda throughout college and even after. Panda is fairly consistent. I have gone to this location 3 different times and have consistently received the same quality and amount of food. Panda Express is not the best Chinese food in the USA. But for the price you pay, it’s the best bang for your buck. My go to is Kong Pao Chicken over fried rice. Far from the best fried rice. Kong Pao is a staple because it is consistent across all Pandas. But if I order Kong Pao at a dedicated Chinese spot, the consistency varies along with the spice level. Whether you order steam rice, brown rice, veggies, fried rice, or Chow Mein. It doesn’t matter, it’s not amazing. The point is you need to mix your plate up. So you add flavor to your carbs. Just saying try it again, but not via drive thru. And all the times I’ve walked in, 10 mins tops. Reading this 45 min wait non sense is hyperbole.

This place is disgusting. They had food spilled on the floor, next to a table, that was never cleaned up during the 30 minutes we were there. Food was cooked when we ordered with the buffet mostly empty. Left our plates under the buffet shield while cooking other items, so those items were cold when we got our plates. I've never had a bag experience at a Panda Express. This place needs to get it together!

My drive-through experience was super speedy and the young man working the window was great. Too bad the food wasn't very good. The fried rice had no flavor and the orange chicken was very dry and overcooked. I was the only person in the drive through at 12:15, even though traffic around the mall was bumper to bumper. I'm afraid the food was the reason for that. My lunch photographed well, though!

Ate here with my husband and daughter. When we arrived no one greeted us. I can get past that. Upon walking to the counter we were asked what we wanted by the short girl (no name tag that I saw) I proceeded to let her know what my daughter wanted, but she rushed me through her whole order in the most rude way. I couldn't think for her asking what else, what else, what else. Got done with ordering hers which was Chow mein, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. My husband ordered next. He ordered FRIED RICE and the girl put Chow mein on his plate. Didn't care to hear she put the wrong side on there. He also got Beijing Beef, Orange chicken and Black Pepper Angus Steak. He was rushed through his ordering as well. When I ordered, I got Chow mein, Black Pepper Angus Steak, and Beijing beef. I was also rushed. Ordered drink, paid which had to be done through the drive through till, then sat down. I didn't realize the Black pepper Angus steak had mushrooms in it until i opened my husbands plate to give it to him and caught a glimps of a small one. Looking at it in the pan you couldn't see ANY mushrooms. I am highly allergic and cannot have them. I asked the girl if it had mushrooms because im allergic and she said yeah just pick them out. I told her I was going to order another plate, she laughed and said oh my g** what do you want as your other side. I explained it doesn't work that way. I cannot have anything on that plate due to it being a anaphylactic allergy. She got loud and said, "well I can't give you another plate." I never asked for free replacement plate. I specifically asked to ORDER another plate and pay for it. She then proceeded to tell me to hang on and started taking a drive through order. The cook, who was extremely professional came up and said ill get her you go do that. He took my order everything went smoothly with him. When waiting to pay 2 male workers struggled to "unlock" a already unlocked door after (according to the cook) being outside for 2 hours riding the clock. 1 of the male workers who came in rung up my order and took my payment at the front till this time. Afterwards those 2 specific workers were having some unprofessional conversation for the entire lobby to hear.

Looking back at reviews clearly nothing will be done, but this is my experience so do with it...

Whoever is working at 4:00 needs to be either retrained or fired waited 5 minutes to even get to say my order then the lady got rude when we were saying our order they tell us to pull around and park we were waiting on our food for 45 minutes watching 2 people make the order while 3 others including the girl who took our order with the braided hair I believe one was a manager watching the other two in the kitchen work while the other three sat down playing on a phone and talking and laughing I've never had terrible service didn't even get straws when we finally got our order the girl with the braided hair gave us the food and walked away saying nothing if I could give zero stars I would this location deserves it their was not even one other car there there is no reason they couldn't get us our food faster than they did props tho to the only 2 people actually...
