I want to cover most topics people worry about when getting food somewhere and I also want to make most answers I give apply to not only anyone coming through from out of town or out of state but as well as people who live here or close by.

Alright then, here's my personal and as unbiased as possible review. I'll point out things in it that I have biased opinions for or against.
I will go ahead and point out that the service and food to this location, while still usually good to excellent, are worse than what they used to be and that If I were to have left a review back when I was working here it would probably look a lot better, the service at least would be 4 stars and the food a perfect 5 stars, when I wasn't working obviously.
first off I'll say that I eat here pretty much every day still as my wife works nearby and it's really cheap for us to pick up something from here and head home so I've got a lot of experience ordering here NOT including the time I worked here. Pretty much every day, I order food here, it's always on the BK app and it's always the same order with slight variations to it. the trio (all three options as the OCS ((original chicken sandwich)) with extra pickles) and a 16 piece nugget for my wife. The variations include a variety of things, drinks or new menu items for example. Almost every single time my food is perfect, sometimes it is a little squished but it's not really a big deal and it's never too bad. Anytime I get other things in the order like the new menu items that BK puts out, like the churro fries, or drinks they are always good to great too. except the mocha iced coffee specifically, the vanilla is usually fine. the mocha is just made wrong in the morning sometimes, it was like that when I worked there too. Anyway back on track. My only issue with this location in terms of food, is that my wife's nuggets are almost ALWAYS old and burnt, the only times they aren't is when a certain employee isn't there, a certain someone I used to work with when I worked there. I can't prove that it's malicious on their part but it sure feels intentionally done as every single time I place my order on the app, even ahead of time by thirty plus minutes, if they are there the nuggets are old and burnt. Every. Single. Time. But this is an unbiased review so I'll assume that it's just coincidentally done and move on.
In terms of parking availability it's almost always available and open, the only time it might not be is between twelve and three or if they are just randomly busy which happens every now and then but not too often to sway a decision to stop by. The drive through does tend to get a bit backed up if you're going around twelve to five, sometimes later in the day but not as often.
In terms of service they are in my opinion, fine, not great not bad, it can depend on who's taking the order obviously but otherwise if you ask for something you usually get it right then, same with the drive through. If you can't handle people being busy at their jobs that they work at for you then maybe don't go during the aforementioned time of twelve to three.
The location I feel has to have some biased opinion for anyone from here but in my opinion it's one of the best spots to put a fast food restaurant, parking lot is connected to a 24 hour gas station, it's across the street from a Walgreens/CVS with multiple shopping centers down the street. Topping that all off it's right next to the Tupelo mall and a malco movie theater.

Read moreI pre ordered online with my Walmart+ membership. Upon arrival between our 14 hour drive, we used the bathroom as we had just submitted our order while sitting in the parking lot. So we go in, use the restroom where they were extremely unsanitary. Walk into the dinning room and was greeted with a very unfriendly female face. No smile, No welcome in, just an extremely unfriendly face and sorry attitude as if we were a bother to her and her crew. We ordered three of the $5 meals. Before leaving I checked our meals, to make sure they were right. Everything looked just like I ordered, however as we got in our vehicle to start eating the buns on all three of our sandwiches were so hard as if they were sitting on a counter with out a bread tie. It was awful. None of our food was hot but manageable. But the sandwiches were just disgusting. Surpassing their sandwich warmer rule. I will positively mention the young man in the dinning area whipping down NOT ONLY tables but the benches and seats as well. Which is why I gave 2 stars for atmosphere. However for the rest of the CREW behind the counter, they need to take a customer service course, that I know BK offers on their computer. Read moreThere should be an option for no stars I have never been to a burger king in the morning and couldn't order something from the lunch menu. I worked for burger king and I know you can get lunch in the morning and should be prepped for it just in case. We first was told we don't do fried food in the morning because we're short handed and then told that we could only get the lunch items that on the breakfast menu. I've been to multiple burger king and this has never happen and have no problem elsewhere but the burger king in tupelo Barnes crossing. I will be calling coroprate about this because I shouldn't have to go through this when your able to order lunch items and to also not be prep for any lunch items is not acceptable in the burger king world. The manager got an attitude with me and my mom and now it's taken over the 10 mins that she said my mom had to go in and check on the food.
