Romie's Grocery — Restaurant in Tupelo

We were visiting Tupelo from out of town. We met some friends at this place who already had a table and were waiting on us for dinner and to stay and listen to some music. When we walked in the door no host was there and we knew our party was already there so we walked on out to the patio to join them. The manager came to us and told us we had to go back to the door and "wait our turn" that there was a list of people waiting. I told her our party got there ahead of us and were waiting on us. I have never been to a place where the manager was more rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I would never just go ahead of someone that is not how I operate and kept trying to tell her that but she literally would cut me off in mid sentence. When i had enough I ask for a card with the owners name and she told me NO...we don't have any. I said well we will just leave I don't want to stay at this point anyway and she said, "Fine! Bye! I had ate here Friday evening and the food was so incredible I couldn't wait to come back. So Sunday, I insisted my friend and I go there to let them try it as well. We showed up at 12:30. We were told a 30 minute wait for a table, amd got seated within 30 minutes. On Sunday, they had a drastically shortened menu. The main option was chicken....chicken....and chicken. They had run out of pot roast, but even only having 2 menu options on a condensed menu was a bit disappointing. We had placed our order immediately when we ordered our drinks because the menu was so short to chose from. It took us 2 additional hours to get our food. 2 hours. With a condensed menu. On top of it taking 2 hours, the food was a massive let down from what I had recieved just days before. Went there last night, ordered a beer at the bar and closed the tab. Then sat outside and never got served. I walked back in the bar to order all my drinks last night. The bar tender was nice, but a man sitting next to me annonced that I wasn't getting served outside. (I didn't say anything, I don't know why he did) but an employee there named Lisa got mad and claimed I was not being served because I opened a tab at the bar.. I told her that was not true, I paid for one beer and waited outside to get served. Lisa became very argumentative with me and claimed she watched me all night, and that's why she wouldn't serve me.. that was worst service I ever expirenced in tupelo.
