I got nervous about the experience I would have reading more recent reviews, but it seems they've improved or other reviews were talking about a possible other one of their locations. The employee who rang me up and was supposed to make my ice cream did go to the back for a few minutes and was finishing talking when they came back out. Besides that, the service was well; the ice cream tasted really good too.

Ice cream isn't too bad but Everytime I have ever gone the guy (hes like 25 or 30) is SO RUDE! and today I go, thinking maybe it will be different... WRONG! He completely disregarded that I was standing there and went to the teenage girls that came up after me! I am so livid! I don't see why I keep giving them a chance OR how they even still have any business with that guy working there! I will not EVER spend MY money there...

Stood there for ever while they goofed off in the back then she put our order in wrong. They went to finally make our drinks and I seen one girl twirling our lids around on her fingers with no gloves on. They just looked like they were having more fun than they should at work. But I do recommend trying a bubble drink. Honeydew with kiwi...
