So this there's a first for everything. Please choose a different location. I have had terrible experiences during different dining periods. But this one took the cake, if a person has the receipt and the merchandise and brings it to your attention that there's an issue and you have no black and white policy on returns would it not be in the best interest for the company to say that this is legit. But employees stated that since there was no phone call to express the concern the issue isn't valid. So this has definitely hit a nerve being dead in management every situation is different but I'm definitely believing the person that brought back the receipt and food just for a simple remake not a return at the time but a remake. So after calling thinking that speaking to a higher up manager would emphasize with the situation he still gave me his own opinion because again Chick-fil-A has no written policy on returns and they're supposed to take individual situations and handle it accordingly. So at this time I have wasted my time my energy in my funds. Read moreI often come to this Chick-fil-A before going to the movies. The past two experiences I've had were horrible. The first our order came out extremely late however they gave us a coupon for a free dessert! I work in food so I completely understand a slow kitchen and things being hard. Tonight, I placed my order way before we got to the mall at 6:48pm. Expecting it to be just about ready when we got there. When we got to the food court I clicked the "I'm here" button on my app. After about 5 minutes, I went to the counter to let the shift lead know I was there and ready for my order. He told me that they "saw" my order and that was all. A bit annoyed I went back to waiting. 10 more minutes pass and a worker tells me they have no Mac and cheese. I informed her that fries were fine. At this point I was ready to leave but I had already paid. After 3 more minutes she gives me my food. The reason this annoyed me so much is because of the shift lead at the counter would have informed me that they didn't have Mac and cheese I wouldve happily told him fries and I couldn't gotten out a lot faster. But tonight my wife and I decided after Christmas shopping in the mall we’d have a milkshake. But very saddened that all we got was more milk and no cream. Seems like. Wasn’t thick as usual. Not one to complain. And sure not for any chick fil a. Anywhere. My wife, being pregnant wanted a milkshake so badly, we got one. But very disappointed to only have milked down ice cream. But being a loyal customers we didn’t take it back nor said a thing. We only drank half and threw the rest away.
Hope this problem would be fixed not only for us but for all.
