If I could give Reedās 0 stars, I would. Iāve had my wedding band for just 6 months, and Iāve already had to send it back four timesāthe diamond has fallen out multiple times, and today marks the fourth time itās happened.
The first time the diamond fell out, I had only had the ring for three weeks. The local store didnāt want to replace it, and it took my mother-in-law calling the main corporate number to finally get any help. They ended up replacing the entire bandāwhich was heartbreaking, because it was the one I wore on my wedding day. It held so much sentimental value. But I was assured that the new band was more secure and that this wouldnāt happen again.
Unfortunately, since getting the replacement, the diamond has now fallen out three more times, and each time Iāve had to send it off to be repaired. Thatās four times in just six months.
To make matters worse, the customer service at the store has been rude and dismissive.
This band was supposed to be a lasting reminder of one of the most important days of my life, and instead, itās been a constant source of frustration and disappointment.
My advice? If you want quality jewelry that lasts, donāt go to Reedās. Go somewhere else.
This is me adding to my original review! I have had my ring for 11 months now almost a year. I have quit wearing my ring except to church and if I have a dinner date night with my husband (places where I do absolutely nothing to chance it falling out). I have now lost the diamond 6 times. They have been no help on resolving this problem and my ring has been in the shop getting fixed more then I have been able to wear it. When I do have my ring I am too scared to wear it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE unless you want to have constant issues with your jewelry and rude customer service who lie...

Instead of giving me one size up they gave me two sizes up and told me if it was too big bring it back and they would order me a smaller one. Well yes the one they gave me was to big and i took it back and they were supposed to order the smaller one and contact me. I had been contacting them for over a month and a half and everyone seems to not know when the replacement bracelet was even ordered.
