It’s been very hit or miss with this Panera. One consistent aspect is the front counter cashiers are always friendly and take my order correctly. However in the kitchen is where things get a little tricky. There’s been a few times where my pizza is missing basil or only has 5 small burnt flakes (yeah i’m being serious lol). I order the green goddess melt quite often, one time I ordered two and I received one of them with no Arugula. Easy fix, just went back and had them add it back on. There’s been other times where I was missing an entire sandwich but thankfully I was still in the parking lot. To customers like me if you’re eating to go, please check your bag to save yourself the hassle of driving back. As for the kitchen crew, they’re nice people but seem a bit over worked/ fed up. I think if they slowed down a bit to focus on the details of the order they’d make less mistakes. As for the quality of the food, some greens end up burned/ crispy if they go through the toaster. The soup has always been great, never had an issue with that. The baguettes are pretty hard, like, cut up your mouth and hurts to take a bite hard. Read moreI have been going to this Panera location for years but because of the way Jose who happens to be the General Manager of this store treated my daughter on 02/02 @ 2:19:40 and lied to me when I spoke to him at 3:32 is appalling, when I called him to question the treatment my daughter had received he said he witnessed it and blamed it on an employee named Steven who was joking with her which I said he should of had another employee take over the transaction, so I called corporate not happy how the manager witnessed the situation and did nothing but watch. My daughter and I went in on 04/04 long behold it came to light it was Jose himself who had helped my daughter on 02/02 because he was upfront and my daughter recognized him. Called the corporate office on 02/02 and spoke with Mike and on 04/04 called corporate again and spoke with Joey about this incident. I before this never had a horrible experience at Panera store #1117 but because this issue had to do with a general manager and it really reflects poorly on Panera that this is who they have over seeing their stores I do not plan to patronize this store any longer.
