Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

Do you know the feeling of getting the prize at the top of the prize wall? Well if you go here, do not expect it. My daughter had been saving up tickets to do that. We got to this location and saw the prize she wanted. It was the max amount of tickets for that location and my daughter had enough tickets to get it three if they had that many. While she was playing I went to ask how many the store had. Which was only one. So I asked for them to get that one. I was told they do not give the prizes off the wall when it is their last one..... Four locations have given us the last ones on the prize wall. This was like a punch in the little kids guts saving up and having the prize so close that the person behind the counter is able to just say no. I did not tell her until the end of the visit that they will not give her the prize.

Also five to six of the machines had issues and no one was there to fix the machines or would. I am semi lucky being a summer pass person and we just now know how much better the other locations are compared to this one.

We did not order food or anything else. We just did the games because of the prize and machines not working. There are a lot of different games, just no one there to fix them when they are messing up. Just glad we only visited this location on vacation and it is not the...

Writing this to everyone who is gonna order food at chuck e cheese, DO NOT order the food. Wait it Very long even if its busy or Not. So We order a 2 Large pizza combo that came everything even a Large Warm chocalate Cookie which in Total of $81. After that they gave us a Buzzer to notify when the Food is ready. Well the thing is, We waited over 45mins for the pizza and We asked the employees which they told the Manager whats taking so long. Soon to find out that the family next to us Got our food and Whats interesting is that their buzzer ringed but our didn't. Plus whats funny is they talked to the Manager about why they had a Large Chocolate cookie. At that point we asked the Manager our money back only to be given $49. I'm confuse why Wasn't $60 like were those 6 cups expensive Too?? Then the Manager called us Stupid behind our back cause its our fault for not having our Buzzer with us.......Yeah So its funny cause our Buzzer was at the Table which I'm actually sitting THERE waiting For My food while my family went to play. So If you company read this please get a Proper Manager who can Manage their people and also Not talk behind our backs when I can hear them. A family came in to celebrate the 1st birthday of a little girl. The mother of the little girl confirmed her party online. The mother booked the $99 package. When it was time to leave, her balance was $408. The lady had proof in her email showing what she had booked. The manager on duty totally ignored her but yet called the police. The manager stated "the price online was a quote." The lady showed the police officers & they also were in disbelief. The manager also stated that "I spoke with the mother on the phone a couple of days ago and the mother wanted to upgrade". The mother replied "my phone has been off for weeks, their's no way you talked to me ". The manager on duty then told one of the family members (as she was trying to explain) "don't talk to me." All the things that she was supposed to have gotten in the upgrade package, she didn't receive. The family next to the young lady was actually the ones that had the upgrade package, but she still had to pay $408 & then was told to call corporate to get her money back.
