I made the mistake of visiting this location on free slurpee day. I was originally going to go across the street but came here because I thought there was some kind of grand opening. I am not from here and was just passing through. The store was packed upon entering and they had plenty of food stocked. I ordered the nachos grande with chicken fajita instead of the normal meat. I asked them to add sour cream and guacamole and cilantro. Instead of giving me the nachos grande they only put what I asked for on the nachos. There was ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE. It ain't no Torchys taco but it definitely is as good as it looks! If your in a rush and can't wait for a taco at a restaurant definitely come here inside the Valero. I live near San Antonio and have had really tasty, authentic barbacoa there—and although there are a number of really tasty places in town that sell good barbacoa, this has probably tasted closest to what I've been looking for. The barbacoa is a little greasy, but if you've had good barbacoa, you know it has some fat in it. The barbacoa needs to be flavorful, moist, and plentiful, and Laredo Taco Company honestly nails it.
