Well this my first time my wife and I went there and I did not like the service. First off we asked if they had gluten free bagels and they said no which was fine. When we asked if they offered dairy free options they said no and when she listed what kinds of milks they had she mentioned almond and silk. So kind of rude about it but just to let everyone know they charge .80 cents for a non dairy milk which is a lot. So we not happy with the serve also not enough gluten free options. Update 9/2/22 This place has not changed except the price of items but it has gotten a bit worse. I have been here for about 2 hours and when I first got here the coffee was not fresh and the milks were not filled up. Now two hours later none of the staff refilled anything. This is something that bothers me. Also the lack of soda options is displeasing because there are only three choices to choose from which there should be 6. I do not know when the next time I will be coming but not for a while. The place needs to get their act together and do better like Panera bread.

I tried Einstein Bros. Bagels for the first time today and I really enjoyed it. I’m glad there was nobody behind me because it took me quite a few minutes to decide. They have many options to choose from. I ended up deciding on the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. I added avocado by the way. I pulled around and they handed me my sandwich within 2 minutes of pulling up to the window. I quickly drove home and got into it. The brisket was surprisingly tender and had a pretty good flavor to it. The smoky chipotle aioli mixed with the avocado made for a great flavor combination. The cheddar jalapeno bagel was nice and toasted, but still soft and warm in the middle. The melted cheddar was also a nice touch. It was a bit pricey at $11 (avocado was extra), but it was still worth it to me. I feel like I’ll definitely add this into my regular rotation. If you haven’t tried Einstein Bros. Bagels, now’s the time.

My mother in law orders from Einstein’s at least 3 times a month. I always order the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich because it tastes delicious, but every time I get it I swear the quality of the sandwich gets worse and it is extremely disappointing. This morning, my mother in law ordered again, and I opened my sandwich to probably no more than a teaspoon of brisket on my sandwich. I am EXTREMELY disappointed, and if this is the type of product you guys are going to be putting out, you should seriously do better. This is absolutely ridiculous and not worth the money.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had while just trying to get breakfast. As a visitor to Tyler for a tennis tournament my family had eaten in Einstein Bagels before and loved the food so we decided to try it this morning. We all ordered and everything went smoothly until our order was brought to the table, the women that brought the order said they were out of a particular bagel that my daughter wanted, no big deal, I just sent her up to pick out a substitute for them to make instead. Approximately 10 minutes went by and my daughters corrected bagel had not came so we go to the counter and they act as if they have no idea what we are talking about. After the employees talked they said that it was made and someone must have came up and grabbed it. OK, I just assume they will remake the order. Shortly after an employee shows up to the table and tries to tell me we never ordered the item which seems funny that the person who brought the order out knew all about it. While trying to decide how to handle this the young lady telling me I never ordered it gets extremely hateful so my wife grabs the receipt and ask to talk to a manager. To my amazement the young lady starts pointing and bowing up to my wife (OVER A BAGEL!) Once my wife gets to the manager to try and solve the situation the same young lady is yelling and pointing in a threading manner. Not feeling safe from the actions of this women my wife just asked for the regional managers number and we leave without the food we came for. While all this was happening I was being apologized to by some local patrons hoping we would...

This was my first time at any location. While the bagels themselves were delicious, the service was at best sub-par. I went through the drive thru. I was told to wait a minute which I thought was fine. There was a note on the menu that said no bulk orders. I proceeded to order a baker's dozen box, but was told that was a bulk order. First off, the characterization of a bulk order is wrong. I would say that 50 is a bulk order, 13 is not. Secondly, anything on the menu in the drive thru should be available for order, if not then they need to have a different menu for the drive thru only. After being disappointed, I went inside and saw there was no line and that made me happy. But upon getting to the counter I saw that during their busiest time (the morning) they were having a meeting and that I would have to wait to place my order. Now, me waiting outside in the drive thru made more sense. The manager should've known better than that. If he needed to talk to all his employees he should've grabbed half of them, had the talk and then grabbed the other half and had the same talk. Instead he decided that the customers would have to wait on him and not the other way around.

I work in a customer centric industry and this is completely unacceptable. I had a coupon for a free bakers dozen and this was the reason that I tried your company. However, after this experience I'm pretty sure that I won't...

Came in on Mothers Day 5/8/2022 12:20 pm not busy at all no one at the register or window to take our order. Tried three times to get the person who puts your order togethers attention he’s was too busy to acknowledge me because he was talking to a woman on his phone via his earbud finally I had to raise my voice a bit to get his attention and all he could say was the order counter is over there and I said yes but there’s no one there he said she was busy and I said doing what !??? Finally she showed up to take our order. We drive an hour away to come is it to much to receive proper service. I’d understand if it’s busy that service may be slower ( no one should be on their phone while working on personal business) but NOT because someone feels their personal phone call us more important that’s unacceptable. Now just heard my husband having to ask that same person that he’d appreciate it he would fix his bagel and know all the guy had to do was put the bagel through and toast it, SERIOUSLY!!!! Worst service ever. Finally got our bagels but note the guy was still on his phone as he handed the 4 mind you toasted bagels… and he didn’t even have to put schear on them as we bought a container ourselves. HE wouldn’t do our bagels the lady finally had to come over and do it for...
