I needed a designated custom band for my engagement ring. I set out to find a Jeweler who would treat me right. The very first store I stopped at was Jared. Tabitha was kind and answered all my questions. She was very thorough with how the process would work and gave me an estimate. I obviously didnt want to just buy from the first shop so I continued to shop around. Boy what an experience. I went to 4 other Jewelers in the area, two of whom estimated nearly double the cost of what Tabitha had. One actually gave came close to Tabitha’s price...still higher. They were short with me and I felt like they rushed me out the door. Left me with a bad taste. They were downright rude, and seemingly scoffed at my questions and my design.

So back I went to Tabitha at Jared’s. From there we went over my design and I put a down payment on it. They kept me up to date through the whole process and didnt complain when I nit picked multiple things when the 3d model came back for approval. Not long after that, a wax model was ready to approve and the stones were ready to pick from. I could tell even from the wax model the ring I designed was becoming reality.

The whole time everyone there was very kind and respectful, and their personable attitude and thorough understanding and experience really gave me peace of mind that I could trust them to do right by me. The final results were better than I could ever imagine! Sine then I have bought several pieces from Tabitha. They have the best selection in Tyler, best prices and best customer service. Tabitha and Jared’s have a customer for life! Thank You , Tabitha for giving me the ring of my dreams! Especially since I see and wear...

Listen… About 5-6yrs ago my now husband and I walked in just to “window shop” to see what styles I really liked for an Engagement/Wedding ring and sizing so he had an idea for when the time came. We had already been to a couple different jewelers and I was a little overwhelmed and very over stimulated. Tabitha welcomed us in and my husband explained what we were doing. She asked a lot of questions but made it very welcoming and inviting. She listened, watched to see what would “catch” my eye. Long story short I landed on a one of a kind beautiful frame and then we chose a Diamond cut for it. I was/is in LOVE. I guess when my husband went to buy the ring it was no longer there. They just sent the ring back to the original jeweler in CA so he could melt down and make something new. Tabitha was able to contact the jeweler who then shipped back to Tyler and had it ready for my husband. We take it in every few months for cleanings/inspections and they fix whatever they find in a reasonable amount of time. Also…. For those that love to buy jewelry for loved ones, they will set up a “wishlist” so like when my husband goes in then he can just choose from the list rather then try to pick out himself. Great staff, very personable and talk about making jewelry shopping...

Very disappointed is service my wife received and the company policies. The first of wife's wedding band was purchased here continually losing stones. It happened so many times that we decide to purchased another one that was far more study and thousands of dollars more than the original. It has been a great band for most part. Our issue came when one of the prongs that hold the main diamond was bent. We took it in the they said it would cost $450 dollars the fix. I understand the diamond was not purchased at Jared's but this seem extreme. Also this was very upsetting to my wife but she just left her necklace to be fix and left. When she returned to pick up the necklace. Tabitha felt the need to come over and make sure the associate working with my wife did not help her with the bent prong. Which wasn't even the reason for my wife's visit. This also seemed unprofessional and needless.

We then went to local jeweler and he fix the prong for FREE and pointed out a loose stone on the wedding band Jared's didn't even notice.

Will not be using this location for anything if possible except maybe warranty work or recommending this...
