If I could give zero stars I would. I went through the drive through yesterday evening at around 6:30pm. They took my order and everything was right on the screen. We get home and my husband bites into his McRib (which had all the stuff everywhere in side the package) and it was burnt. The fries were soggy the McDoubles were thrown together and was a mess inside the package and the chicken nuggets were over done. So I had attempted to call to let them know I was coming for a remake of the food. Someone picked up the phone, didn't even say hello or thank you for calling McDonalds blah blah blah and just let the receiver sit there. I heard all the back ground noise, all the side bar conversations everything but still no hello. I waited and waited and waited, finally I hung up. Attempted to call back but it was busy (probably because the receiver was still off the hook). I tried to call multiple times still busy. So I make a trip up there. When I walk in with my bag full of food, I am not greeted by anyone at first then the kitchen manager who was sitting in the dining area (eating I think) says hello as he's walking over to the beverage station then goes back and sits down. At this point I'm standing at the register and there are two team members behind the counter, one is at the drive through window the other is dropping fries. They don't even acknowledge my existence. Finally the kitchen manager ( Alberto) comes up to me and I ask "may I please speak to the manager on duty" Which he replies yes that's me. So I proceed to explain to him what has happened and that the food is terrible and that I would like my money back. He says "I'm sorry. How did you pay?" I told him with a card. I then proceed to tell him their phone is of the hook and that they might want to check on that. I felt like he ignored that entire part of the conversation while he was processing my refund. Didn't even ask what we could do to make my experience better didn't try to make me even want to come back. I felt kind of like an inconvenience when it wasn't even my fault they messed up my food. Customer service was sub par and honestly I will never be going back to this McDonalds ever again. I think the owners need to investigate what is going on at that location because this is not the first time I have had sub par service from...
Read moreI would star the food except i never received it. I place a order through the McDonald's app and choose to pick it up inside instead of going through the drive drive through like i originally was going to, because the line was wrapped totally around the building. I showed them my code( IM75 ) and told them i wanted to pick up my order. The manger finally said something to me after o had been waiting for over 5 minutes. She said she had to "Find" my order. Another 10 minutes pass when i hear the manager say to one of the employees that they had handed my order out to the wrong person. I have waited now almost 30 minutes for my food and still not received it. This is straight up insanity. Breakfast at McDonald's should not take 30 minutes after arriving to pick up a order that was placed before i had even left my house. I am very dissatisfied and would love for the owner of this McDonald's to reach out to me. I would not recommend this McDonald's to any enemy and would die before i would tell friends or family to eat here.
My order was simple. It consisted of 1 sausage egg cheese mcgriddle 1 big Breakfast with hotcakes Extra butter and syrup and, 1 Large Dr Pepper light ice.
More than 20 cars have gone through the drive thru that would have been behinde me, as well as 10+ orders inside that came after me. Im still in the lobby waiting for my food and it has been over 30 minutes of waiting inside the restaurant for my order.
I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and have never seen such incompetence. The manager in charge has not made any attempt to make sure my order is fulfilled in the slightest.
I placed my order at 10:15 this morning and arrived and spoke with the employee before 10:20. The time is currently is 10:56 and still have not received my order.
It is now 11 and breakfast is over so it is doubtful that i will get my order today. So after 40+ minutes of waiting for my order i will end up going home with nothing. And having paid for a breakfast for me and my family, whi will be very disappointed that they didn't get to have the breakfast i had...
Read moreI just met one of the most genuinely enthusiastic McDonald's employees I've ever met. The guy was not just helpful, but remembered us from the last time we were here a few weeks ago and offered to help me carry my order to my table since my hands were full. Everything was clean, everyone was on the ball. Great experience!
Edit: How the mighty have fallen. My power went out at my house today so my kids and I stopped in for a bit of breakfast and a chance to play at the play place. Upon entering though we almost immediately tripped over a wet floor sign that was placed against the door. We continued to have trouble navigating the restaurant as the entire floor was thick with an industrial soap (much like the consistency of dish soap or shampoo) clinging to the floor of the dining room from end to end. My 3 year old slipped and fell and I nearly went down as well 5 separate times in the course of about 12 steps. Moving across the floor was more like skating than walking. The employee who had been doing the mopping (unnamed because she did not wear a name badge of any kind) had a grand time laughing at our expense though. When I had finished placing our order and moved to the fountain drinks she yelled at me from across the room, "I bet you wish you didn't wear those shoes!" At this point I was already displeased with my experience at what was my favorite McDonald's, but to decide to raise attention to my situation as though I was the one at fault was the line. I politely told her, "Ma'am I think your mix is a little off here. You've got too much soap in your bucket. If it was mixed right it wouldn't be this big of a problem." She continued to blame me by saying, "Naw it ain't my floor. I ain't the one to blame if you fall, boy."
I've never worked at McDonald's, but I know how to mop a floor and I know customer service. This employee knew neither....
