Panda Express — Restaurant in Tyler

Ordered over the phone 8:05pm for pick up, I received my email receipt with my order pick up #. It Was supposedly gonna be ready for pick up at 8:13pm. I showed up 15 minutes AFTER the food was suppose to be ready for pick up (8:13pm). I Drove through the drive threw where I met with Justin (red shirt) who was rude upon speaking to him. Very brushed off attitude. It was uncalled for. He preceded to tell me to pull around front and our food would be brought out to us. It’s now 8:35pm sat out front for another 5 min. I walked inside and again asked for my order where a younger gentleman named Cam (wearing a black apron) was rude to me as I approached him after asking where my order was. He said “give me one moment”, I asked again where my order was he responded again, “one moment please”. As I walked closer three other employees approached the food counter and started preparing what looked to be my order. Mind you it is now 8:40pm, 25 minutes passed when my order was suppose to be ready for pick up. Three people were building my order… as if I thought the situation couldn’t get any worse Cam, Justin and the other employee decided to mumble words underneath their breath with me standing there as they just started to prepare my order. Will not repeat what was said but was rude… Worst food service ever, employees were not welcoming and they all had piss poor customer service and attitudes. Out the door 8:45pm DO...

Every time I come here there's some sort of an issue for my self or another customer. This last time it was another customer this small older man placed his order stating it's going to be 3 combos carryout. The lady filling his order put the first plate on a regular dine in plate. When she started playing his next plate. Again on a dine in plate he told her again it's carry out. She then proceeded to plate his third plate again on a dine in plate. There was no one else in the seating area with out food and no one with him on line. I seriously doubt the guy was going to eat all 3 plates him self if that wasn't alone a clue that it was to go. She proceeded to ring him up and again he stated these are for carry out I told you that twice. Instead of appologizing for not hearing him she argued with him stating that he said they were for here. She then left his food there to get cold and had the drive through girl replate all his food in carry out containers. There's several great made fresh when you order Chinese food places just minutes up the road that I never has problems with. They're small family owned not franchised and care about their customers. Do your self a favor and go to one of them instead of here. With as much as they screw up at this panda Express you'll get your fresh made to order food in the same amount of time as it will take them for this...

My family reached Panda Express exactly 1 hour before the closing time . The staff told us that chowmein/ noodles had finished and they were not going to make it since they had to close after some time . We decided that Ok we would take fried rice . We ordered 3 portions of rice with three different types of chicken. Now this is what got me agitated . They did not have sufficient rice and chicken for 3 portions . The girl preparing the bowl divided little bit of of rice not even enough for one and half bowls into three bowls and topped with bare minimum portions of chicken . When I mentioned she pacified me by giving some fried stuff . If they didn't have enough portion size to serve why did they charge me. I kept quite because I didn't want to create a scene. Another very interesting thing was that another employ ( a guy) was serving a girl( customer)while we were making our mind about what to choose from the menu .I saw this guy made a big mountain on the plate with noodle, chowmein and other stuff. It is a place where staff does it is own thing. Portion size depends on mood of different staff members serving you and also whether they want to...
