I visited this location 2/15/25 at approximately 1104. I usually go to the other location. I decided to try something new so of course I was interested in how it was being made. Therefore, I was looking through the drive thru window since I was waiting to receive my card back. The young lady to the very back of the service area with the black hoodie on blurted out. āI hate being stared atā as she looked at me observing the preparation of my beverage and rolled her eyes. I might add that distance between the young lady that was making my drink and the young lady that made the comment was significant. So the comment was very unprofessional especially since it was not her I was looking at. It could have been something she said to herself, or even said where the customer couldnāt hear it. We pulled up to the window and the lady didnāt even look at us just asked what we wanted, and then asked us cash or card 4 times after I already repeated my answer. She has a blonde long ponytail and a stank face. Granted we showed up 5 min before close but ordered extremely easy drinks that took 10 min to make our red bulls. Practically shoved them in our face and then slammed the window in our face. We were extremely nice and apologetic about being late and it was not busy so they had more than enough time to close. I am extremely disappointed in this treatment considering this is a company that represents speed, quality and SERVICE. This is unacceptable at any business but especially here. And I ordered a small for one of them but they gave me a large and charged me for that large. When I mentioned these mistakes they didn't care and wanted me to pay again for the corrected ones. I said no and just left. At the same time, they were very pushy for you to tip them. After service like this, who in the right mind would tip someone for their lack of quality and service. I don't know where people think they should get paid for not doing their job right anymore. This is pure laziness and service like this is whats killing...
