Most of the time you get great service (hence, the 3 starts) and fast food level fast food (what you'd expect...a lot of tasty, inexpensive junk food), but the one time I received my drink order wrong, (and thought) I politely asked for it to be made right--the rudest, most condescending person incorrectly "corrected" my order (by splashing a flavor into my drink instead of remaking the it), shoved it in my face (nearly spilling it into my lap) with the most plastered... "I sooOOOOooo just spit in your drink" ... smile. I shrank down and slid away with the crumbs I should be grateful for (which I paid for already). I know Sonic won't be serving gold plated caviar anytime soon, but I don't belittle anyone for working there... doing what they gotta do to make a living.... but don't make me feel like i'm a jerk just because I want my order the way I initially asked. Not cool. Other than that one time, I go no where else for flavored soda because no one does it better. So... that one time sucked, but it wasn't enough to have me eschew my cherry vanilla Coke addiction that can only be quenched by the sweet divinity that is only conjured by the sonic...

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get my food and the food was cold like it had been in a refrigerator by the time I received it. When we spoke to a manager (Arturo) about it he lied and said it was him who brought me my food so he knew it didnt take that long (even though I had purchased a shake while I waited and that receipt showed it was 15 minutes after my 1st order was placed and I received my shake before my food came out) when in fact it wasn't, it was some toothless guy named Jeremy who gave me my food not him. Once he was called out for lying he said to talk to the owner who I called. I was then told to bring back my food that I had already served to my family (3 kids 2 adults) the next day if I wanted them to replace my order. The owner obviously doesn't care about the quality of food they serve or the the manner his staff talks to customers as he was very rude himself. I will not go to this location or any location that Rigo Pereida has a franchise with. It's very unfortunate because I live down the street and frequented that...
