Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Tyler

We just spent 40 minutes at this location. We went through the drive through, not many cars. They told us to pull up and brought us our food. Despite having line items for every sauce we requested, they didn't put any of them in the bag. Idk who bagged this but they clearly didn't even look at the ticket. So we pull into a spot to ask them to bring them out. Fifteen minutes go by and no one has come out. We push the button to remind them were still waiting and they tell us they have been too busy. Ten more minutes go by and we watch the runner boy walk right in front of us several times will an empty tray. Literally all they had to do was stop after attending anyone else and ask what we needed. So we left. No marinara, ranch, bbq, ketchup, or mustard. All of which were right there on the ticket. 40 minutes waiting for sauce and at the very least, the mozzarella sticks are stone cold....

I am a doordasher and I arrived and waited 20 minutes for my customers order. I finally stopped one of the employees and asked nicely "Excuse me, so sorry to bother you I know you're busy but, I'm waiting on a door dash order do you know how long it will be?" Where I. Which I was told " No I don't we're trying to get these other people out before doordash!" I couldn't believe she just said that so I responded " Oh ok well I'm so sorry but, I'm going to have to un-assign the order." To let her know so that she doesn't make the food only to find I had left! Alot of others wouldn't have done that after as rude as she was but, I've been taught to treat others as you have someone treat you. I will pray tonight that this young lady has a better day tomorrow because today she was having...

Never go to this establishment. Do not give them money. Today, my friends and I went to this establishment to get some refreshments. We arrived almost exactly at 10 PM. The restaurant closes at 11 PM. After a few of us had ordered, someone who looked like the manager came outside in an outrage and told us "You can blame that girl points at one of my friends. The rest of you can leave now, we are about to close. You can all leave now or I will call the law and have you removed." Given that it was nearly an hour before they closed and that we were paying patrons of the establishment, she had no reason to angrily tell us to leave.

Never go to this establishment. Just go across the street...
