Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Ukiah

Very nasty place .I used the bathroom while I visited this store waiting for my food and that alone was terrible.. and was badly nastly dirty and didnt even eat what I bought.. I bought it and took a bite I spent about $4.16 ?? But it was nasty and some hard stuff inside it..I couldn't even chew.. I waited about 20 minutes for my food to even be done and no others were in line visiting. I was going to write your company to tell you that the store was disgusting and I will never stop there again.. I went further up the road and ordered something else to eat..the customer service was terrible I counted 7 minutes before I even got waited on at the counter and yelled for someone to attend to me . I guess my fault. I should have left the premises.. I was just hungry. No one was even at the counter to help without me yelling, hello several times . The store is dirty.. the bathroom is dirty and I will never ever eat there again and advise that everyone else does NOT as well. .. I was totally disgusted by the store and the food and the bathroom while I visited this store.. Ukiah California. Please make a surprise visit and you shall see what I am saying .. nasty place to eat at and like I said..VERY DIRTY.. I did take a bite since I paid for it and it was disgusting.. I also was disgusted by the customer service I did not receive.. mark my word. Take a look at that store.. make a surprise visit and you will see the same. I'm just glad I threw my food away BEFORE I may have got sick.. and I went somewhere else and didn't care about the money I spent. Thank you. Please please look at that store.....

I was waiting in the drive-through when a truck slammed in the back of the car that I was in and and the employees of Jack in the Box or more concerned with clearing the lane of traffic then my well being. To make things worse they insisted I still place an order despite my uncertainty about my physical condition and whether an ambulance ride was gonna be necessary necessary. After demanding my order in person without my vehicle being able to ride up to the window like a normal drive-through it was absolutely shocking when the next night I was told they would not take my order from the window unless I was in a car. Yes I went back to the next night because I think that some people just don't know how to handle emergency situations very well and I feel that that shouldn't impact my judgment of the whole brand and chain of wonderful fast food establishments that I've grown to love since my time here in California began. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to spend my money at Jack in the Box anymore. I would rather go hungry in the middle of the night when they are supposedly the only place open around here Then risk the kind of food I would be expecting from the well well I would have to call them touched by God in the head kind of employees. I understand it don't put the cream of the crop … I'm not gonna continue on my little Tirade because I'm looking into Uber eats at the moment trying to see what options I have now that Jack in the Box in the Box as well gonna be staying in there for a while if...

Spent about 8 minutes with the back of my car hanging out of the drive through watching person after person park, go in, come out with food and leave. So I backed out of drive in parked to go inside. Once inside the woman at the counter stopped taking orders and would only help people at the drive through who had pulled up after I had come in to order. She was rude to other customers who complained saying that the orders she was working on were for people who had come in before us. Actually she basically yelled at a customer "they were here first". Unfortunately there weren't any people inside waiting to receive an order. Just people waiting to place an order who had come in around the same time I did (prior to the people who were being served in the drive through by this point). I waited another 10 minutes without getting to order before going back to work from my lunch break hungry.

I complained to one of the shift managers about the incident later that day after work and now a few of the employees who are aware that I complained about their friend are habitually rude to me and haven't gotten an order right since, but they had been polite And concientious of orders before the incident. Clearly the employee who lost her temper and couldn't handle the lunch rush wasn't reprimanded. And She still works there. Now Some other employees behave...
