Arby's — Restaurant in Union City

I dont understand how these places can have an online ordering system and not have it where if something is wrong they can take care of you. I have been here twice in the last week. The first time I waited for an hour for my online order. As I waited in the lobby I watched one lady work 4 peoples job. One lady disappeared into the back to call someone and never returned. There was a man at the register who literally did nothing but take orders and walk around fast looking as if he was doing something.

The second visit I ordered online once again. When I arrived at the drive thru to pick up my order I was told that what I ordered wasn't available. I wasnt offered anything different and when I asked about a refund he told me they couldn't give me a refund. I had to call customer service through the app. So I called. I spoke with a lady who all but called me a liar. She tried to say I received part of my order. I did not. Why would I take fries a d a drink and not the sandwich when I paid for all of a meal and they said the sandwich wasn't available. Then I was told it would take a week to receive a refund after they reviewed my call. It took literally 30 seconds ds to take my money and I have to wait a week to get a refund for something I didnt get any of. Horrible customer service. The app and the restaurant should be linked together so that if that location is put of something it will tell...

Food is good service is okay. But for those of us that are gluten free meaning we cant have bread. Please put my sandwich with no bun in the plastic container that is used for the loaded fries and baked potatoes. This is for the same reason that the loaded fries and baked potatoes arent served in cardboard boxes. The box decentegrates and cannot be seperated from the food. I dont enjoy eating cardboard. If a plastic container is going to break the bank for your resturaunt then your restaurant has much bigger issues than saving a plastic container is going to solve.

Update: 6/15/24, return to arbys union city tn and same thing beef n cheddar with no bun served in a cardboard container knowing the wet meat and sauces are going to break down the cardboard meaning im eating cardboard. As stated before, if a plastic container for the few of us that have dietary restrictions is going to break the bank then you have much bigger problems then saving a plastic container is...

We stopped in there yesterday, May 15, 2021. They had maybe 2 customers, didnt take us long to fiqure out why, 3 employees were standing out back, watched us drive up to the window, about 3 minues passed, noone ask to take our order, we were the only vehicle inline. so we drive back around the buildning the 3 employees were still standing outside, we asked if they were open, young girl, two guys, the girls said with a really bad attitude, drive up to the window and I will go in and take your order, we left, wont ever go back. we drove back around and they were still standing outside.
