El Sombrero — Restaurant in Union City

The food is terrible. The aji the pollo tasted like old bread, ceviche was decent yet the fish wasn't fresh but at least the chef strived to make it taste good. In spite of the food, the worst of all was the white female server. She was very rude, not polite, vulgar, however she jumped to grabbed the tip that was left for the other nice cute female server. I could've overlook the fact that the food was horrible and give it a second try, but with that employee acting like she was la.cancha del ceviche del Perú, I'll.never spend a cent there and recommend noone to waste, yes, waste their money there. Horrible food and environment and specially bad bad bad service. Listen, people don't look to get their feet kissed nonetheless don't be disrespectful. What a shame...

The comment above is absolutely out of place, my family and I have been there a lot of times, the quality in their food is always good they ensure that the food procedure adhere to the highest standard required in terms of food preparation and safety, you can come down and try the food by your end and you’ll figure out that the comment is totally inaccurate, I don’t know whether she’s being paid by the competitor to throw dirt on the restaurant, when it comes to the customer service the waitresses that serve the food they’ve been trained in advanced to provide undivided attention to the customers so the comment is so wrong, everyone is welcome to the restaurant and treated with kindness...

I came here to have a few drinks and the bartender instead of making drinks was flirting with the old men at the bar and getting drunk off her own drinks instead of taking care of the rest of the customers. Also when I tried to ask for the check to leave they claimed they had already started making my drinks when they obviously havent me and my friend plus 2 other men were the only people there so I can see everything that was going on so I had to stay with the extra 2 margaritas me and my friend didnt even want anymore & on top of that because i complained about the service they tasted like water....
