Francesca Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Union City

This is the first flyer I found on the ground in the dirt and there is a good reason why someone threw it away. I have found their food to be very greasy, even the lo mein. Small pieces of chicken and lots of breading. This is my third time ordering and it will definitely be the last. They are thieves and overcharge "tax" on every order. Since when is there $1.25 tax on $10(?), that works out to 12.5% tax folks. The actual tax rate is less than 7% Order from somewhere else. The only reason I ordered this final time was because I was sick and need the hot and sour soup. Unfortunately they only offer this in a large size and its so not worth it. Basically greasy broth with hot sauce. No pork, no tofu, just cabbage and what ever else...

I would give this restaurant a five star because I love their white rice with shrimp and broccoli. I pretty much always order for delivery and they sometimes get my order wrong, sometimes the person who picks up the phone hears one order, when I said two, but that’s okay. I mean their main language isn’t English and I understand that because I’m very familiar to how a non English restaurant works. They do their best to get the orders right and I love that. Their food never disappoints. I also like how they get the dirty stuff off the shrimps, for that reason I order from them because some Chinese restaurants...

I order from this place ALOT. Food is delivered hot and always good quality. They don’t mess up orders and delivery is super fast 95% of the time (mind you I’m like 8 block away).Staff is super efficient and chill, oh and did I mention they’re cheaper then the other Chinese spots in the area? And they have mozzarella sticks! Don’t know what to not love about this place, maybe...
