WARNING!!! THIS PLACE IS STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS.

This happened on August 25th, 2021.

So these people thought they were going to get away with these chargers on our bill. We ate at this place thinking it was going to be good. Most of the food we had was ok, but one dish (pupusas) was flavorless. I was not happy with my order so I explained the waitress the situation (I was not expecting any courtesies or discounts at all- I just wanted to point out that I wasn’t happy with my order). Moving forward, she started making fun of us along with her boss and her coworker. They were very disrespectful. When we asked for the check, she came with the green copy that has a $64 on it. On this bill, there are two unknown amounts ( apparently tax of $8.00 and a never-mentioned automatic gratitude). We didn’t say anything and gave her our card to pay. She comes with the credit card slip with a different amount of $65.92 ( basically almost adding two more dollars out of the blue). We asked them why it was different and she said that her system automatically charges that ( so is this another unknown service charge?). Anyway, these people are rude and thieves. But they are not getting away with this. You’ll be hearing from the IRS pretty soon for stealing from people. It doesn’t matter if it’s $0.01 or $10.00, YOU MUST COME CLEAN WITH THE CUSTOMER .
