Came to repair my Casio watch. The guy who helped me, I believe is named Sean, said he would take care of it. I needed to replace the band since it broke and also my Casio wasn't turning on so they said they needed to replace the whole board which was fine with me because they said they were able to order a new one (I had no water damage prior, just off from not being used). Before leaving them to repair my watch I asked if I can keep the original band which they said yes to. When I received my watch back, it had a totally different display which ruins the original look of the Casio, and they acted like they didn't know where the band was the day of pick up even though they promised it would be with the repaired watch. Also, backlight is much dimmer, not as strong and not the same light used from when I originally bought it. I called back and the man who repaired it apologized for the issues and said I can bring it back to him. I came back to explain it's not the same display/board and they never returned my band and instead of looking into it they insisted they couldn't do anything about it even though they were the ones responsible for that in the first place (I came 2 days in a row it's funny how both times he was not in even though I called prior when they said the times he should be there). The older man who helped me yesterday insisted the "time on the watch works, what else do you need?", not hearing out my explanation on what they did to my watch, and also taking other customers before getting back to me. No doubt they communicated with each other about this issue, seemed like every turn they were avoiding my confrontation with the man who repaired it.
