Chashu bun is decent, with nice ano UK nt of meat filling and moist bun, usually my go -to value treat for my coworkers in the morning where I would grab a dozen, in addition to the taro, cteam chz, custard varieties there. Black-sesame bread loaf sliced is yummy, will be a stable for my sandwiches. However, very disappointed with the boba drink. The tapioca pearls were very hard, either not cooked through or recycled old ones right out of refridge. Work so many boba tea shop competitions around, I'm in disbelief they even dare to sell such low grade bobas in their drink. My jasmine green tea tasted over brewed and so bitter, yuck was the exact word to describe it. 4 star for the bread selections, zero for the boba. My son feels their milk tea base is average so that would give Shengkee a rating...

Very good bakery franchise for cakes and specialty buns. Pros: clean store, quick service, cakes and buns are always fresh, good quality, flavorful, not overly sweet, and delicious, free parking, and easy to find, and very affordable prices and huge tea drinks, also they are open late into the night. Cons: parking is hard to find in the afternoon, evening and weekends, very busy store, and they always have lines, lots of students also after a school day, and about 3 min wait to get their tea drinks (one size only), and they open late mornings, so you can't get...

Went in for pineapple buns, which are surprisingly delicious for a simple bun with crusty top.

I had to hit the $10 for credit card, so I ended up getting 4 flaky taro mochis as well. They were delicious and unusual, which made me less grumbly about needing to spend more.
