I had to go inside 3 times to have my drink fixed. I order cold foam and they keep putting whipped cream. I asked them to fix it and they still put whip cream not cold foam and served it as a frappe not a sippy cup. Ultimately this place is great but it is now starting to lack it's greatness. Also for flucking up , they took my drink and didn't let me keep it as courteous, like they are supposed to when they mess up. What do I do now when they mess up 3 times in a row. Must be a barista that doesn't know what is going on. I still don't have my drink that I order and honestly won't be coming back if it's hassle just to get my drink the first time. I think there needs to be more training provided. Before there were exceptional baristas Also asked for extra drizzle of Caramel. It's called lining of the cup

Read moreI try not to leave bad comments. I left out to my truck to drink coffee with my wife that’s sick. I ordered a sick tea and small coffee. Not even 50ft away from the building and less than an hour I go back in to get a refill and I’m told since I left out they have to charge me full price. No other Starbucks have done this. I asked what if I went out to smoke. That would be okay. But to my truck that is right outside where they can see me. Now I have to pay full price. I would give 0 stars if this was an option. The excuse is sorry every district is different.
After making a complaint to corporate they immediately address the issue and now making up for this store mistake. So not only to report the bad but it’s good to report the good. Read moreCame in this morning for breakfast and do some work on my laptop. The whole staff was excellent, respectful, polite, and went above and beyond. The gentleman I met at the register was very welcoming, very positive which is great to have around with the busy and stressful lives we have.
I made a second order while I was dining in via mobile pickup, as I didn’t want to wait in line and leave my laptop and belongings unattended for too long. I went back to the pickup area twice to look for my order and one of the employees asked if I ordered for the right location. Hand slap to my forehead, I ordered my food from the wrong location! Anyway, they were nice enough to offer me my order there - I felt so embarrassed. Such great service though! If Starbucks management is reading this, give them a nice bonus or raise.
