Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Union City

First off... my family came here for my birthday my wife was trying to make this a special day for me.. I wouldn't even rate it one star just on the service. We came in with a party of 4 and had to wait 35-40 minutes which turned into 1hr and 2 minutes. The front girl that was the hostess really needs her attitude checked for one and for two I went up there and asked how much longer for our party and they told me my name was called several times.... seriously.. we had to wait outside in the cold because the lobby was packed. And you mean to tell me as your calling out our name several times no one feels the need to walk outside and call our name seeing how packed your lobby is most likely your customers are waiting outside.. of course not that's called lazy and poor customer service. Then the host a guy who is nice and it's not his fault but tells us that the kitchen is backed up and can't sit anyone and my response is you have six tables open sitting us and giving us at least Something to drink.. so he ended up sitting us and the waiter came and told us their not taking orders right now cause the kitchen is backed up. Ok we get it but still treat your customers with respect. We ask to speak with the manager he comes over and I explain the situation he said let me check with our corporate to see if going outside to call your name is a policy.. wait your joking right.. you need to check common sense as a policy. He says he'll get back to us. Then here comes Kaitlin aka Lenny we've had her before and she's amazing she takes our order says she'll talk to the manager and get some discounts going on. She saved the night for sure... my recommendation maybe have a hiring event for serious inquiries only.. get rid of the trash you have working now for you and make this place a fun family or night out with the boys restaurant..

This was the absolute worst experience in any restaurant I've ever had. Our waitress was incompetent. Never brought our drinks. Got the orders wrong. It took 45 minutes to get first round if drinks and the beers were flat and bitter. Like they were sitting on the bar for the full 45 minutes we waited. Then the waitress didn't take the beer off our bill and tried to charge us. It took another 45-60 minutes for her to come back and even take our order. Food came out fairly quick. Didn't see the waitress for 2 hours after that. Then finally we went ask asked for our bill and after 30 minutes she came back with split bills that were all wrong. Nobody got a correct bill we were a party of 6. We had to write on the back of an old receipt what we had in number order for the waitress to split it correctly. Then it took over an hour waiting for the checks again. We went to the manager Rob who ended up being the worst. He was exceptionally rude. He asked us to have patience because they were busy mind you we were there already 4 hours waiting on them. We told him we can wait any longer and were about to just leave. He turned his back and then just ignored us. Finally came and gave us the checks and we had to wait again for them to be processed. Never ever again Will I return and support this business. Just don't go here. It's not worth it and the food wasn't that...

Worst BWW I've been to..took forever to get our food. Even though she asked us what we wanted immediately after getting menus.. Our waitress never checked on us while waiting.. Got our appetizer after our food.took forever..we needed drink refills. She brought out wrongwings Took a half hour to get my son's right wings. She did leave the wrong wings .In between never checked..I needed to tell her mine were wrong.and when we were all done eating she brought out sons wings..I didn't want to wait that long..so I ate them. But I was thirsty..we were there 2 hours..no special orders..4 wing orders 1 fried pickle..we were freezing by that point as we sat outside 2 hours earlier.when it was warmer and light out . I told her my wings were wrong and she argued with me.. I heard her argue with others so I didn't push. I heard other waiters argue so it was not just us. I usually tip 25 percent..she got 15 ..her loss.. I also did not get an itemized bill so I am hoping it was correct. We just left and I'm soo thirsty and I didn't get offered dessert..oh well .
