NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. Had a lengthy argument with the owner about spoilt pansit and no resolution was offered. No refund even when he said your $40 isn't gonna make me poor. In the end we were told to "just do whatever we want" so here we are making an honest review of our horrible customer service from this dirty place (visit and see if I'm lying). He then went ahead and said things about other Filipino stores about "batch cooking" I just think that was unnecessary. Not to mention the owner's sister who happened to be there also when we came back to deal with the issue, that kept rolling her eyes and said loudly while staring at us and smirking "Ha!NoComment!" Do not act so arrogant especially to your customers. Cos like we said, our $40 lost doesn't matter, our words spreads faster...

Way expensive. No customer service. I bought a few item, I have to carry the individual items with irregular shapes including fried fish that was loosely wrapped in aluminum foil. When I asked for a bag, the cashier smirkingly said, “it’s been two months now that there’s no bag.” Common sense dictates, it was only plastic bags that were band, not paper bags, or food containers. Such a poor service! The male cashier, who I encountered two times, is just so non-chalant and unfriendly. I hope this will help the “admin” a little and think about wrapping or bagging the To-go orders. And FYI, aside from raising their price, I noted that I was also charged $0.67 for “admin” whatever that is. I’m not going back...

Some room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping and food service. The kitchen needs renovation. The bathroom looks aweful. There is no adequate air flow or exhaust thats why when you get out from the place your clothes will stink so bad unlike other filipino stores around. The servers needs training on food handling. There is an old lady that serves food there that uses her finger to scrape the sauces dripping on the side of the container and putting it inside the container of the food that you are about to eat. White rice is hard. The bico we purchased is hard as a rock. Food is not hot enough. They dont use to be like this. Not sure...
