Grill House Burgers — Restaurant in Universal City

I order buffalo wings and chicken tenders and a kids chicken tenders meal with fries and drinks. Let me start off by saying I really wanted to like this place. After tasting the food I definitely won't be returning. The fries didn't have any seasoning to them. My b7ffalo wings taste like dirty dish water. I had my husband taste it in case I was tripping. He agreed it literally tasted like dirty dish water. How you think dirty dishwater would taste. (Not pleasant) I wasted money i feel like they are still wayback burger under a different name. I would not recommend the wings 😕 complete waste of money. Then on top of that I was supposed to get two ranch and two BBQ sauce and after I ordered my wings, I asked for ranch. I could hear the kitchen guy complaining about the add on ranch. I only got one ranch and one BBQ sauce for 11 tenders and 9 hot wings. I was definitely upset...

Grillhouse Burgers is easily one of the best burger spots I’ve visited. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.

The food was just as impressive. The Philly cheesesteak was packed with flavor—juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly with every bite melting in your mouth. The fries came out fresh, hot, and perfectly crisp, exactly how fries should be. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and handled with care, which makes a big difference in taste.

On top of that, the restaurant itself was spotless. From the tables to the restrooms, everything was clean and well-kept, which gave me confidence that they take pride not only in their food but also in their overall atmosphere.

The Staff were all extremely nice and welcoming, and did great with explaining various menu items. I got a double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, and mushrooms, and my wife got the grilled chicken bacon Avacado sandwich, with a large order of fried pickles to split.

The fried pickles had 15 pickle slices for a large order, which was pretty disappointing but they were good though.

The double bacon cheeseburger was solid, a classic burger with fresh tasting ingredients.

Lastly the grilled chicken sandwich was very good, the chicken was extremely tender, however it wasn’t avacado slices on the burger, but rather a guacamole spread. Slices may have been a better choice but that could be personal preference.

Overall great experience and I feel like I got my money’s worth, but I feel like they can get...
