at about 7:15pm, I drove to the drive-thru to get two dozen of donuts I started my order off with asking for four of a particular type of donut and the drive-thru operator rudely interrupted me saying with an attitude, "How many donuts are you getting?" I immediately replied quote "Why do you have an attitude?" Then someone else gets on the microphone and says "She doesn't have an attitude she's asking you a question." I replied "She has no reason to talk to a customer like that. I was trying to place an order and she needs to bring that attitude all the way down." I asked to speak to the manager and the second female that got on the drive thru mic stated that she was the manager. I was absolutely so disgusted with the level of customer service and the attitude that I was given, that I did not even place an order I'd rather drive to the Mayfield road location and not deal with these little teeny boppers that don't know how to speak to paying customers. her whole attitude and the fact that she was trying to justify the first females attitude was ridiculously disgusting and it was a very unpleasant customer experience and if I could give it zero Stars I would. They both need some coaching and how to speak to paying customers that are simply asking questions. I was advised that they only had certain donuts so I guess by me asking for chocolate glaze and chocolate donuts with sprinkles on them, was way too much for them to handle. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and asked for the manager and her name I also asked for her supervisor's name and she said it with such an attitude and seemed delighted that I was driving away from the window without placing an order she even said very sarcastically for me to have a great evening while the other girl in the background laughed. Read moreJust came from Dunkin @ Cedar Center. The woman in front of me had returned because both of her hot chocolates were nothing but water. The unfriendly employee told her the reason was because the chocolate had run out. After the employee lacked the skills or intelligence to slightly multi-task, I waited for her to make the hot chocolate and serve the woman. Folling her serving the customer, I was completely ignored. Completely! As the woman who was just served went to get napkins, she noticed I was being ignored and told the employee we were not together. This employee did not say more that three words to me other than my total. She did not speak clearly so I did not hear the total and gave her some cash. She immediately returned the extra bill that I gave her and then gave me the change. I can't say that she was outwardly rude but she certainly was anything but friendly. Never actually hearing the total, despite of her terrible service, I then told her she can put the change in the tip cup, and at this time all I knew is the change could've been .01 cents to .99. I still do not know. What I do know is there was absolutely no smile, no thank you or anything resembling such actions. This woman needs to be let go. NOTE TO OWNER - I was one of your first customers when you opened and your employees are drowning your restaurant faster than a donut dunked in coffee. Please review video at approximately 8:30 pm. First, I stopped going because the food (not the donuts) was terrible and now I will never return for anything due to their lack of customer service. Read moreI barely write a review or complain of anything, but the service from the black lady whom seems like in charge over there is extremely horrible. All other staffs over there are very friendly but except her. This is the second time I got the issue with her but I didn’t ask anything to her last time. Getting breakfast here almost every other day with same order and paying the same amount. I went there this morning and get the same order from drive thru and paying a different amount that I used to and then I asked the cashier why the price is different then I paid yesterday? the cashier told me she didn’t take the order and ask the black lady who took the order and she came over said “our price went up, bye.“ and she left. WHAT???? This is not called the customer service! I’ve been charged more is because she charged me 2 butters instead of regularly one butter. I don’t mind paying 70cent more where I didn’t ask for anything additional but her rudeness customer service is not acceptable!
