I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I cannot even begin to express how disrespectful and unprofessional the staff at this store is, not to mention how absolutely terrible they are at getting ordered items to the customers, which is the entire point of their business. A few weeks ago a pizza I ordered was just never set up to be delivered just left on 'In the oven' and I waited hours for it as it was my dinner just to find out the store was closed and they never even sent it to be delivered. I contacted customer service and they said the store would contact me in 3-5 business days. No one from the store even attempted to contact me--I had to reach out to corporate CS multiple times. They finally called me but I was in a work meeting--they didn't even leave a voicemail, that's how much they really don't care about your poor experience. Now today, again, they've left items undelivered. Today it was just 2 drinks which isn't that big of a deal but it was still around $5 and given my previous experience (Oh ya they didn't even refund me for the undelivered pizza btw) I am done wasting my money with them, so I kindly called them to ask for it to be delivered to which the woman on the line was extremely rude to me and saying it wasn't their fault it wasn't delivered. ??????. I was like I placed an order with you and items are not delivered, that is your responsibility regardless of if you sent it with a third party or not. She continued to be rude and not offering any solutions (a refund, points, redelivery, literally not offering anything) but I was not going to just take no accommodation at all so she finally goes "fine we will get it out to you". It's been a couple hours, still no drinks. So I called the store just to check-in and they deliberately ignored my call multiple times in a row. I'm not even being a Karen as i've been more than patient with their egregious service, but at this point it's a lost cause for this location. Read moreWORST Pizza Hut experience ever. Placed a delivery order at 9:19pm..order was supposedly going to be delivered between 22-29 minutes. After 2 hours of tracking my order and still seeing “your order is being made,” I called the store, only to never make contact with anyone. I then decided to go and pickup my order because it was clear it would never be delivered, but to my surprise the store was CLOSED.
The next day, I attempted to call the store to figure out why I was never notified about the status of my order. After calling TEN times and being hung up on before speaking with anyone, I finally was able to hear a human’s voice who could transfer me to a manager. The manager, who’s name I was not given, was extremely RUDE and unapologetic about my experience. He claims the store had to shut down early due to being offline and no order should have came through. Not once did he apologize, instead he insisted on repeating himself and telling me my order should have been cancelled and to check my email for the cancellation that was never there.
I will N E V E R order from this location again. Instead, I will stick with the Pizza Hut on Oak Lawn. After making blank trip to this Pizza Hut, I went in and placed an order on Oak Lawn and received it...
Read moreWe placed our order a little before 7pm and got a confirmation email saying it would be ready for curbside pickup in 15-20 minutes. I pulled up at 7:15 and notified them I was here. At 7:25 I called and hit 2 to check on the status of my order. After a few minutes they hung up. I called back and hit 1 to place an order and a national call center picked up and they said my order would be ready at 7:20. I explained it was after that and they said they would notify the store I was there. I finally walked in at 7:30 and was treated extremely rudely by what turned out to be the manager, who said it should have said a 2 hour wait and would I like to cancel my order. I said no, I would wait but could I ask who the owner was.....he said he had no idea but that they had 2 people instead of 6 working. Try going to the nearby Domino’s on Sherry Ln where they welcome you the minute you walk in for your order and it’s ready exactly when they say it will be regardless of how busy it is.......not to mention much better...
