Starbucks — Restaurant in University Park

Extremely rude for no reason at all. Just went over and asked if they had any sandwiches, and while the person at the counter asked me which one I wanted, a lady at the side decided to chip in and say they only have what is on the shelf. I just laughed and said the shelf was empty. And she very rudely goes "thats why I said we only have whats there". And then the guy at the counter decided to act up. He asked my name and when I spelled it for him, he says "I know how to spell maam. I didnt ask you for the spelling". Needless to say, he spelled it wrong in the end.

Finally the staff members understood the differences that I was pointing out in the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. The amount of creme I get from the drink does actually affect the taste, the amount of fat I get from drinking, and the likelihood of me coming back to Starbucks! This drink usually comes with a light amount of creme as standard. Over time, too much creme was added to the equation. Can get excess unnecessary fat, acne and/or overweight with the amount of creme given if not addressed. Used to be my favorite drink. This is my absolute favorite Starbucks to go to. I go here every day. All of the staff is super nice and friendly. Their recommendations for a drink are always solid when I pulled an all-nighter and need a kick of caffeine. At this point, most of the staff know me by name and my regular order.
