Justine is rude and disrespectful. She completely messed up my order then gave attitude for her mistakes. She did not have a on a mask, nor gloves, nor hair net. She allowed a customer to sit and eat a pizza on the bench in the store without a mask, she didn't ask customers without masks to put one on, even though there is a sign that clearly states masks are required in the store. She was touching her cellphone while making pizzas, it was just sitting on the line where the pizzas are made. 50 MINUTES Iater, I left frustrated after speaking with the manager who said he has never had a complaint about her. I know I was short with her because I was frustrated, so I tried to apologize for being frustrated with her and she waited until I was out of the store and the door was closing behind me before she started yelling, I DON'T ACCEPT YOUR APOLOGY! I advise I already ordered my food and paid online upon seeing a random missed call with a weird name, not indicating it was papa John’s who called… They ask me who soon I can be there and I say 10 mins. They say rudely “can you be here sooner.” I reply how can I get there sooner if I have to drive? The guy then goes back and forth with me unprofessionally and then try’s to actually scold me for not arriving right on the minute the food was ready in the 12 minute time frame given when I ordered threatening to void my order. Read moreI had place in order here through Uber eats. I was expecting my food thinking I’d have everything. I always buy from Uber which is very odd that something wrong gets delivered. So my food arrives and I notice that I was missing food and completely wrong order was given to me. I called papa johns letting them know about my situation.
