6/3/23: Delicious Dave's single with cheese but getting so expensive. $5.29 just for the burger. That's why I only go when I have coupons, specifically BOGO coupons. Ridiculous how fast, processed foods are getting so expensive.

3/11/23: Winston was my host. He seems to be a new employee in training and is doing a great job! Delicious large chili and Dave's single! The manager lady (sorry, didn't get her name), who is always there Saturday at lunchtime, is super friendy and professional!

3/4/23: 12:03 pm: Gabriella was my host, she is professional, fast, and friendly ! The team was working hard serving me 2 delicious Dave's singles to go! This is the best Wendy's on columbus, upper arlington!

2/25/23: Delicious spicy chicken sandwich and Dave's single! Fast, friendly service! I eat a lot of Wendy's when there's coupons, deals, discounts!! So good!!

Ash Wednesday 2023, Sonia was my host. Sonia is fast, friendly, professional, and courteous!! I enjoyed my fish sandwich and free large fries with coupon. This Wendy's always serves fresh food fast from friendly crewmembers!! I'll be back soon!

2/11/23: Delicious Dave's single with cheese and spicy chicken sandwiches for $6. I saved my chili from yesterday to have with my sandwiches! Delicious! Always great, fast, friendly service from the lunch crews!!!

This Wendy's used to be one of the best in the area. In the past several months they have been on a steady decline. On July 1, 2022 at 6:27 (this is the time stamp on receipt) pm we went to the Wendy’s drive thru on W. Henderson Rd, Columbus Ohio. We also had a coupon for $10.00, which my wife told them when placing the order. Looking at the receipt they did not apply the coupon. Costing us an extra ten dollars. After They then handed us our drinks, my wife explained to them that we needed two more drink. It was on the receipt that we had ordered six. They had given us four. They had no idea what drinks they had given us. They also did not mark any of the lids. My wife had to open each one and taste it then tell them what we needed. At this point we did not even bother telling them about the coupon. If getting drinks was that challenging, we did not think they could deal with the coupon issue. We pulled into the parking lot to check out order. They had not given us any of our sauces & large fry. I decided to “run” in and get the sauces and the fry. They were having issue with a register. I stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged or any eye contact made with me. Another woman came to help with the register and ended up rebooting the entire system. Again no one standing in line was acknowledged or apologized to. Ten min. latter I interrupted the women behind the counter talking to each, explained they forgot my sauces ( I skipped the fries at this point). She asked what I needed. I watched her go get them, put them on the counter two people in front of me and walk away. A few minutes later she returns, puts them in a bag, puts them in the exact same spot on the counter. After a few more minutes she comes back still ignoring me. A gentleman two people in front of me asked her if she wanted me to have the bag, she said ‘oh yeah” and handed me the bag. We live ten minutes from this Wendys and returned home at 7:10pm with cold and missing food. Obviously these people need to be actually trained on some basic in a fast food kitchen and...

I just ordered a taco salad from this Wendy’s drive thru. Missing dressing, beans and taco meat. I had to make 4 attempts to call (line would not connect but the franchise supervisor did finally answer, Mairian, and she told me to come back tomorrow lunch for another salad try. This is my hometown and we arrived to order a meal after being out of town and so disappointed since Wendy’s HQ is less than 5 miles away. I’ll give this another try tomorrow. Hope that tortilla chips, roasted corn, cheese and tomatoes on top of lettuce is done correctly tomorrow. We were 2nd in line at drive through and parking lot not crowded at 3:30pm.

Update I went the following day around 2pm and showed 2 of the staff the first photo of the taco salad and explained that I spoke with Marion over the phone the day prior. They gave me a correct taco salad and it tasted fine. I am a bit confused why they call it taco, when it should be called a chilli salad. Didn’t know that the salad came with a small size chilli and you are supposed to put the chilli on your salad. I thought based on the menu item description it was ground beef and beans. I appreciate Marian and her staff helping me be able to taste the new taco salad that I guess would be Midwest-modified. This is not the typical taco salad you would get at any Mexican/latino restaurant. Thank you Wendy’s and might want to have HQ rewrite the menu description to say it’s really a basic salad that you can add the creamy salsa dressing and tortilla strips along with a...
