I had an amazing experience for valentines/my anniversary! There is complimentary valet parking which helped since we arrived 10 minutes late so it made everything go by smooth, as soon as we got there we were seated with our table reserved (no wait at all, I hate having reservations and yet you have to still wait well after your reservation time, they were on point). First thing that stood out was the atmosphere, not only was it gorgeous but the live hang that was playing was amazingggggg, they played some smooth jazz with like an R&B twist, the singer was super interactive and would notice we were vibing so he would stay there a little while and even walked around during a quick break to greet everyone, they music set the whole atmosphere!! Next, Our waitress was so sweet and gave us amazing recommendations and we loved everything she said we should try, the calamari was amazinggggg very different from anything Iâve had before. Iâm perfectly fine with the basic breaded calamari with lemon and maybe some kind of aioli sauce on the side but this was like teriyaki style which was different and amazinggg! The steak was perfectly done, lately I go places and they over or under cook my steak they cooked it at the perfect temperature and it melted in my mouth with the side of stuffed shrimp. The desert was also really good, I loved the banana foster with butter pecan ice cream and the fact that it was all set on fire!! Finally right when the check came they gave my girlfriend a rose as a gift for valentines which I thought was so thoughtful, itâs the little things that makes a place special. Overall this place was an amazing experience we were both very impressed by the atmosphere as well as the food. I was prepared to spend a lot on the food. I was just hoping it was worth it. Iâve spend lots of money on food that looks nice but tastes basic. The food here looks amazing but also tastes amazing!!...
Read moreI had enjoyed a Mother's Day Brunch reservation with my son, thanks to receiving their email. I was given a rose, a (Mint scented) bath bomb and had my picture taken with my son. We were also served apple scones which were delicious! Eddie V's sure knows how to treat us Mothers. (Unfortunately, I left my bath bomb.on the table, but it's in the photo. đ)
We had the Lobster Quiche Florentine: Butter Poached Maine Lobster, Goat Cheese, Fresh Spinach Paired with a Fuji Apple Salad.
Norwegian Smoked Salmon: Thinly Sliced with Warm Toasted Baguettes and Herb Cream Cheese
The Pan-Seared Steak and Frittata: 8 oz Filet Mignon Paired with Mushroom and White Cheddar Frittata, Arugula Salad, Creole Vinaigrette and Hollandaise.
I am leaving off one star only because one of the selling points for attending, was their popular 24 Karat cocktail, which I had during my first visit 2022 and absolutely loved. This drink was spectacular! The taste was sweet and fruity with some champagne but also stunning. The sugar rim was gold and inside the drink it looked like sparkly glitter under the lights, which I've never seen anything like it. There was none of that this time. The bartender paired my drink with a white salt rim. Yuck! I sent it back and she provided a white sugar rim (she was confused between the locations of the salt and sugar) but the cocktail lacked the beauty of my original drink, I am attaching pictures from Google. I don't know if they stopped using that or what, but it's their signature drink so why change that? I did not make a fuss when the manager checked on us, but I also did not order another, because the Mimosas were perfect! My waitress was absolutely wonderful (ask for Reana), we had received great service overall, so I would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to...
Read moreEddie V's Prime Seafood offers elegant dining. It's opulent and perfect for a special occasion. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt the luxurious ambiance. The warm, inviting atmosphere struck us.
This service exceeds expectations. The staff is very friendly. Our server, Cesar, was exceptional. He made sure we had all we needed throughout the meal. The simple offering of bread was a nice touch. The warm bread was served with butter at the perfect thickness for spreading.
Seafood stole the show, overshadowing every other dish we ordered. The seafood tower was fresh and plentiful. It featured briny oysters, and very fresh crab and lobster. The chef cooked the Rib-Eye steak to a perfect medium rare as requested, and it brimmed with flavor. The Crab Fried Rice was very flavorful. It had a rich texture and perfect moisture. The Brussels sprouts also had great flavor.
One minor point of contention was the dress code. I have no strong preferences for clothing. But, it was off-putting to see patrons in shorts and sandals. There was a sign at the door informing of a dress code. A bit more enforcement on this front would enhance the overall dining experience.
The price point is on the higher end, but you get the quality of food you pay for. Skillful preparation made each dish worth the price.
The portions were very generous, which is hard to find nowadays. Our meal concluded with the flambĂŠed butter cake. The side ice cream harmonized with it in unity. However, the table-side flambĂŠing let the fire burn the cake too much. This left some bites tasting like charcoal. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise fantastic meal.
Overall, Eddie V's Prime Seafood is excellent. It's a great choice for seafood lovers and those celebrating a...
