To start off, this situation happened an hour ago, and I felt the need to rate this location. This was supposed to be a "pick the next place you see" kind of situation because my boyfriend and I were in somewhat of a rush. I really enjoyed the decor. It has a very friendly environment, physically. However, the girl at the register, Maya, didn't smile, didn't seem to care, and generally didn't seem like she wanted to help customers. It took her five minutes to even acknowledge that we were even in the building. We ordered the 2 for $10 deal on whopper meals. Both sandwiches were ordered to have cheese and bacon. I ordered a carmel frappe for my drink. At the end of the order she asked us "is that it?" instead of something friendlier like "would you like anything else?" Or something to that effect. It took a little over 15 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even too busy. There were two couples before us who were already waiting when we started ordering. Not once did I hear "Thank you" or "Enjoy your meal" or "Have a nice day" from anyone, not even the manager, to any of the customers. Everyone, including the manager, looked upset and we, the customers, received the effect of it. The drink bar was horrendous. There was trash all over the drink area like no one has cleaned that area all day. There was a handwritten "out of order" note taped to the Coke dispenser. The note had a smiley face on it which was the only smile we got during our visit. The frappe I received was mocha even though our receipt verified that it was supposed to be carmel. I don't like mocha so I didn't even drink it except for the few sips I took that determined the flavor. If she forgot which one it was supposed to be, she should have rechecked instead of guessing. The fries were extremely over done. I took a single bite from a single fry and I was done with them. The fries tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil for way too long. I opened my burger to check if it was correct because I lost faith in the staff very soon after we started ordering. My bacon was also extremely over done and there wasn't much to it. A few small pieces was all I got on my burger but that's not as bad as my boyfriend's burger, which didn't get any bacon at all even though we paid for it. The wrapper that held my sandwich had spots of ketchup on the outside so it was a mess to even open. The overall look if the sandwich was sloppy and generally not pleasing. We won't be going back for two reasons. First, we were in the area for a few days on business. When we stopped in to this particular location, we were on our way back home two hours away. Secondly, this was quite literally, the worst fast food experience my boyfriend and I have ever had. Read moreExcellent customer service ! First of all let me start off by saying I am a local of many years and I’ve dined at this Burger Kingfor many years. During 2020 y’all had a HORRIBLE manager. I mean that manager was exactly what you would expect in a hood movie. Nasty attitude, eye rolling and spit in your food. Well clearly she’s gone and I now see a short white lady and a older white man. Kudos to them , they’re great but they’re not the reason I’m writing this review. The real highlight are the male black workers in the back. They are amazing. I believe the young man was African (I myself am Dominican so I can see when they are of African roots). I really wanted to write this review a couple weeks ago but didn’t get the chance until now. Let me give you a picture. Ordering inside 3 young black men are in the assembly line and black young man taking my order. The cashier is not just standing there doing nothing! No he also aids the managers (short lady and older male above ^) in packing the orders, cleaning up (something I’ve never seen before now) and then the stars were the young me in the assembly line. Their speed and communication was amazing! Saw the male manager mouth something to them like “we need a plain one now (cheeseburger) immediately the crew was attentive and on it! They made the plain cheeseburger with speed. Not to mention the place looks IMPECCABLE now! I truly believe it’s because of those young men so I really want them to be commended. And also of course God bless the new management. Really happy with the short older lady and the older man manager. Overall, if you keep those crewman ( the black men) Because of how clean and efficient they are I will keep coming back!...
Read moreOrdered and paid for my order through the BK mobile app. Drove to the location. The app said to please arrive before 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:50 PM. All of the exterior lights, including the drive-through, were all turned off. There were still lights on inside the store. I went through the drive-through and was ignored. So I drove around and knocked on the front door. There were two employees standing about 15 feet away from the front door and they completely ignored me. After I started to knock harder on the door, the female employee looked at me saying were closed. I held up my phone and said I ordered through the app and she shrugged and then both employees walked into the back so they couldn’t be seen anymore. I understand that every once in a while a business will close early, but you could at least answer the door and apologize for closing early and tell me how to get my money back because I paid through the app...
