I had pretty good experience few weeks back but my rating of 1 star is for the manager, Rick who thinks that the customers are stupid and will accept any of his illogical comments simply because he cannot deny the service directly which any other Starbucks store would happily provide. On my recent experience, I simply requested this guy to split my drink into 2 and I was amazed at his reasoning to not split it (one of the reason he stated was that the employee, while splitting the drink & can get hurt, really, didn't expected this from a Starbucks store). Interestingly, I had similar request on my previous visits and never had any issues which I stated to Rick and he was thankful to me for sharing the information and stated that he will make sure that this kind of requests are not addressed by the staff in future since that is what they have been taught in the training and as per the Starbucks policy. Just out of curiosity to check their policies with other staff member, (at the same store), I called the store next morning and the duty manager on the phone surprisingly states the same thing of not splitting the Venti size drink. On my next question about the manager to whom all the duty manager reports, I was told that they can gladly address my request to split the drink. Where did the policy go now?? So it was absolutely clear that there is no such Starbucks policy.

Read morePoor Order Ahead, Hours shift by the day, horrific drive-thru experience.
I used to love this store. As a resident of the town center I could easily order ahead on the app, walk over + pick up my order. No hassle + friendly people made me order literally every day. That all changed over the last few weeks. They close when the website says they are open, often modify hours, and switch to Drive-Thru only service seemingly on a whim.
Last straw was today, I went to pick up my order ahead coffee at 11:46am and was greeted with a sign on the door saying "our store is closed use the drive-thru". Someone was able to bring my coffee out but wow - turn off the app at least so I don't have to rudely bang on the door for 10 minutes.
I get this might be a temporary staffing shortage thing but the other nearby Starbucks don't seem to be having this problem. If you're going to play games with your drive-thru at least stay open through noon! For the thousands of people that live and work in the town center who could walk in, waiting in the drive-thru line is just simply not an option.
Honestly, I'm glad you've let me discover Wegman's, where I can easily walk up, get my caffeine fix and pay $1 less each day. Hopefully, this store's management can fix their operations and stop alienating loyal customers.
If you're from Starbucks corporate reading this review I would highly recommend checking in with the GM - it is just not a good example of your national brand...
Read moreI was waiting for an Uber Eats order at this Starbucks location, when it took this location 45 mins, just to make one coffee for an Uber Eats customer. I noticed how people were walking in, placing orders and then having their orders made right there and left out with their orders. I asked the "Barista" is mines ready and he handed me some type of fruit drink. I told him that's not the order and he tried to tell me it was, when I had the order in the Uber Eats application in front of me. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes, now it's an hour. Then that's when I asked for the manager. This one customer started telling me to leave the store, once I asked why it was taking so long for one coffee? Then I got an alert from the Uber Eats customer asking me what's taking so long. I was then ignored by the entire staff at this location and everyone started yelling at me to leave the store, without the Uber Eats customer order, that was already paid for? I recorded what happened to me and then made a police report for how I was treated against this location. Then, I called Uber Eats to let them know that the last order wasn't made right and it was taken care of by Uber Eats. I shouldn't have been treated like an animal in front of others at this Starbucks location. Corporate was notified thru Twitter and I've been waiting on what actions could be taken for almost...
