I waited a significant amount of time for a staff member to take my order at the Drive Through only to then park up to go inside.
I noticed there was a large group inside the premises and the door was locked. One staff member opened the door slightly to say they were closed.
I said, if you're closed, then why don't you state you are closed on the drive through, as drivers including me are waiting unnecessarily for someone that isn't there to take my order.
They persisted to keep saying that they're closed, which I understood but it seemed my explanation didn't quite register. So, I tried to explain again.
It was at that moment, another staff member (pink hair, who has been mentioned in an earlier review) shouted an abusive expletive and pulled the door shut. I was shocked and told her not to swear at me, but the abusive behaviour continued.
In the end I returned to my vehicle and carried on feeling distraught at this terrible experience.
By reading the negative Google reviews, you can gather that previous customers have had issues with the drive through, staff and the poor standard of general service given.
I shall be lodging a formal complaint to Starbucks regarding this branch and it's incompetent staff who simply can't switch off their signboards to indicate that...

Read moreI got to Starbucks and I was the only customer in line at apx. 915am Saturday morning 3.15.25. I placed my order and my latte came out in about 6 min but my warmed chocolate croissant took about 15 minutes and came at the exact same time as orders customers placed that came into the store way after me. The baristas were running around (literally) like they were super busy and they were not. The napkin holder was empty and the barista seemed annoyed as she literally ran to get me some napkins. I layer asked the same barista for a fork and she seemed annoyed by that as well. Both times she rudely told me to wait while she got the items .The barista at the register was friendly, but the other one was not and seemed annoyed by my request for napkins and subsequent request for a fork. The barista who was rude has pale strawberry dyed blonde hair. They were not understaffed as I counted 5 or 6...
