The King of Prussia office is very unprofessional. After I went into the office to complete my therapy, I had a physician's visit with a doctor I never met before, who implied she had psychic abilities after asking my name and confirming the date of the initial injury; she (without any examination or further questioning) implied that it has been more than seven days and I should be 100% because typically when someone in my field of work and demographic (bus driver/minority) injured their dominate arm, they are finished treatment within seven days. Her lack of professional ethics and assuming nature came across highly offensive as I am patient that was injured on-duty and still in excruciating pain whenever I try to utilize the full range of motion in my arm. Furthermore, she never even asked how my arm was injured. She never explored any other possibilities for the root of my pain and wrote it off as a superficial bruising of the soft tissue. Before she elaborated on her diagnosis, I reminded her that I was an individual and not everyone is going to sustain the same injuries or recover at the same rate, as there are many variables in every case; she further implied that I was not healthy because she was certain of her healing timeline of a healthy male my age. I felt cornered and it was like she wanted me to say I was 100% healed while using intimidation tactics to have me agree like: standing and moving uncomfortably close between my legs as I am telling her I didn't feel comfortable with her between my legs. I finally had to just tell her I was fine and if it was her conclusion, I must be healed (despite my pain and stiffness) and ready to return to work. Later, another patient told me she was in the therapy room discussing the details of my visit over a room full of patients and calling me names to the therapist I had just seen. I wish I knew where to report this unethical behavior as it was extremely unprofessional, against HIPPAA policy and...

Read moreUpon entering the office all the employees were busy attending other patience so I decided to put my name on the waiting list and have a seat. Almost 30 min later I go to the counter and notice my name was scratched off the list. Apparently procedure must be to wait before signing in. I didn't know. Anyway I've I addressed the issue and they serviced me next. All was good. -1* Next there was a worker that walked past me 3 times without speaking once. It cost nothing to speak. For my last employment test this same woman serviced me. Now she speaks. For me this is still customer service. I'n situations like these I often wonder are some people there of a check or the passion to serve the community. -1* Overall everything was fine. The way the world is today I just wish people realize life isn't guaranteed and kindness can go a long way and even make someone's day a...
