AWFUL LEADERSHIP RUNS OFF GOOD EMPLOYEES AND PUSHES AWAY CUSTOMERS
Management makes this a terrible place to be as a customer, let alone work there. I feel bad for the employees every time I go in and see how mentally rundown and broken they are from being yelled at, berated, and made to feel small by either of the old woman managers on duty. Managers will be disrespectful to and yell at them in front of customers... They don't respect those they work with, nor do they respect customers. One of the older ladies once told me I ordered the wrong thing when she wasn't the one who took my order. She didn't even make eye contact with me until I came back in to get what I had truly asked for.
Must be a nightmare for the red head who you can tell truly tries to be the only bright spot in an otherwise gloomy setting, but bad management gets to everyone eventually. How they took a brand-new building and turned it into... this... in such a short amount of time should be studied further. More specifically by anyone who gives a damn higher up or in HR. This place needs an overhaul.

Read moreWent on 5/20 asking for an iced cappuccino. I was given a frozen cappuccino. I pulled back and said that I think I was given the wrong drink. 3 ladies tried telling me it’s right. An ICED cappuccino is not frozen. It’s literally on your menu I pulled a picture up of what it should look like when I left and it looked nothing like I was given. Not to mention the drink literally was so thick it couldn’t come through the straw and when it did it tasted like no coffee just creamer. How do you work at Dunkin and don’t know how to properly make the drinks? As someone who was a barista an ICED cappuccino is not FROZEN so thick like they gave me. I explained I go to the Dunkin in thorndale 24/7 and they do not make their iced cappuccinos like this. Highly unprofessional. Read moreI went in this morning and ordered my food while I was going to pay a customer came who was picking up his food and had asked if the food was his on the side . The lady taking my order was screaming at him saying hold on and then was laughing in his face and continued getting frustrated and started yelling at us as we were trying to pay. we were trying to hand her the cash and she kept saying cash or credit with an attitude at that point we canceled our food and told her as business owners you should never treat customers the way she does. We will never be back at this location. We get it people have bad morning but this wasn’t acceptable at all and to laugh in our faces as we said we were going to cancel the order was very unprofessional.
