I'd rather go to Taco Bell with their tortillas that taste like paper plates before I go to this Chipotle in Vacaville.#MAKECHIPOTLEGREATAGAIN
Chipotle would be good if they would stop rationing the portions of meat so severely. It's too expensive for them to put five pieces of chicken in your burrito. And they make you feel like Oliver Twist if you dare ask for more. The second scoop will be smaller than the original small scoop, and the rice is always undercooked. No one thought to try it before they served it. Chipotle needs a quality assurance person—someone to make sure the rice isn't undercooked and someone watching to make sure the burritos are done properly. I remember Chipotle was well-known for its larger burritos. It was never the flavor—they have always been bland—but you all made up for it with your portions and the size of the burritos. But now your portions are lackluster, your food is still bland, and your staff can't wrap a burrito. The new chicken flavors are blander than the regular chicken. Maybe the staff lost the salt. The new honey chicken isn't that different from the original chicken flavor. I don't think I'm ever eating a Chipotle burrito again. PLEASE, SOMEBODY IN CHIPOTLE CORPORATE, MAKE CHIPOTLE GREAT AGAIN! 🌯🌮🌶️. Read moreAlthough Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat, this particular Chipotle location in Vacaville is a mess and I must avoid it from this point on. First of all, their hygiene practices are questionable as I have witnessed personnel spraying chemical cleaners in closest proximity with food. When their counter is filthy with food particles, they would start cleaning the counter while the other person would work on your plate causing potential risks of loose food particles getting in customer's plate. Also, their chicken/steak is burned 9 out of 10 times. Quite often, they are out of at least few items from their base assortment. They are adding too much sodium which makes their food very unhealthy and disgusting. Bad customer service and horrible mindless packaging practices is another main weakness of this place. Several times already my food has fallen through the "to-go" bag as they would not drain juices from burrito/plate and in result everything drains inside the bag causing it to break. This is unacceptable and as a customer I do not deserve this kind of service. Therefore, my foot will never in my lifetime step on the premises of the Chipotle store in Vacaville....

Now I’m the type to already know what I want so I can just grab and go but she just kept dragging it on at the cash register. Slamming her keys on the counter top, chewing her gum like a cow with spit flying around NEAR THE FOOD and even giving the door dashers disrespect. I never go get food 10 mins before closing cause that’s just plain disrespectful but I came in there 30 mins before due to getting out of work late, she started huffing and puffing while giving me the side.
