Vitality Bowls — Restaurant in Vacaville

Since acquiring new owners this place has really gone downhill. Unfortunate because this use to be the only place I would go to eat out.

Barely there $20.00 salads and terrible customer service! I asked for utensils, I was told they were placed in the bag and when I checked there was one single fork while I bought food for 2-3 people.

I waited 20-25 minutes for food and had to wait another 10 minutes just to be provided the utensils I asked for prior to having to wait another 5-10 min. New owners please!!! This crew and these owners have ruined what Vitality bowls once was here in Vacaville!

The portion sizes reduced, the price is up! I get more for my money in Napa and Silicon Valley; which is utterly shocking! This use to be my favorite go to place, but most definitely not worth the expense of what’s being charged for such small portions and it’s disappointing that the food and service is not as good as it once was.

After not going for over a year I expected improvement, but no. Obviously all about the profit. If you’re going to charge $20 for a salad you should definitely be making it worth it @Vitality Bowl.

I regret giving it another try after not returning there for so long, back to Mendocino farms...

I’m a regular at various Vitality Bowls and usually have good experiences, but my recent visit to the Vacaville location was disappointing.

The drink I usually order wasn’t on the menu, and explaining this to the clerk resulted in an awkward and uncomfortable interaction.

At checkout, she moved to the payment screen without asking for my phone number for the rewards program. When I asked to add it, she refused, saying it was too late because she had already moved to the payment screen—even though I hadn’t paid yet. This made no sense and was very frustrating.

Additionally, the clerk started to add ice to my drink without consulting me. When I asked for no ice, she appeared confused but removed it before juicing. Despite this, the juice still tasted inexplicably watered down.

Overall, these issues combined to create a disappointing experience. If you’re in the Vacaville area, I recommend skipping this Vitality Bowls and heading to Nugget Market instead for a...

Tryin to eat healthier and googled healthy restaurants near me.. found this place.. looked ok figured why not.. Ordered the chimichuri steak bowl.. what the actual fu#%? So apparently this place finds it healthier to not cook the rice and quinoa.. so there's that.. the steak was dry-ish and had no flavor without the sauce. There was like one crumble of feta.. and the most flavorful thing in the bowl was the tomatoes. Girlfriend got a wrap and it was ok.. the sauce and the potatoes in that is what saved it from bein a completely bland wreck. On top of that it is overpriced for lazy flavorless food.
