Burger King — Restaurant in Van Buren Charter Township

I had a craving for a Whopper. So after church, An Everlasting Light COGIC, my family and I went to the drive-thru at Burger King. My daughter ordered an Impossible Whopper 🍔 meal with everything on it, including cheese 🧀 and a sweet tea. I ordered a Whopper 🍔 meal with everything on it, including cheese 🧀 with a sweet as well. The service was great. Each person we spoke to was nice and courteous. The person on the speaker was patient and didn't rush us (like most drive-thru employees do). The young man at the window was quick and courteous and served us with a smile. We weren't sitting at the window for a long period of time. Nor were we told to pull up and wait for our order. The employees that we encountered were very polite. The sweet tea was great and refreshing. It had just the right amount of sweetness to it. Yet, our french fries🍟 needed a little help. They looked and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Neither were either cartons full. I guess they had a french fry shortage 🤷🏽‍♀️. HOWEVER!!! My Whopper 🍔 hit the spot! When I bit into my burger 🍔 and began to chew; all I could say was, "Mmmmm!" Oh my goodness! The blend of savory tastes that we're in my mouth was absolutely awesome. I don't know who prepared my Whopper for me. BUT BABY!!! They did that! They understood the assignment! All I could do was close my eyes and enjoy. When I looked back at my daughter, she was eating and said not a word. Though the french fries definitely were lacking and a big disappointment. Those Whoppers made it worth the trip. I ordered through the drive thru. I attempted to eat one of the whopper jrs and bit into an old and tough burger pattie. I spit it out into the wrapper and then threw the burger in the trash, anticipating the regular sized whopper I ordered in the meal would be better. This time I inspected the burger before taking a bite to find another old and dried pattie. thus prompting me to look through the remaining two burgers. They were also the same old dried burger patties. I decided to drive back to the store from already making it all the way home, In hopes to get my food (burgers only including the one i threw away) remade. I explained my experience to the employee at the counter and she then explained my issue to the manager whom was preparing the food in the back. The manager claimed he would only replace the three burgers i brought back. This comment irritated me and I began to explain that I spit the food back into the packaging and threw it away and if he were to look at all the burgers I brought back that I was not lying about the fourth burger being intolerable as well. He proclaimed he will only remake the the ones I brought back. I demand a refund at this point in only wanted the food i paid for made fresh, not a hassle from a manager that never actually came to the counter to greet me nor apologize for the bad food and inconvenience provided to me in the...

I went to Burger King on Belleville Rd in Van Buren, Michigan tonight and was treated rudely by an African American Male with long blonde braids down to his behind with no hair net and missing long nasty fake nails!!! I ordered two number one meals with cheese, no onions, cut in half. This rude thing had me repeat my order three times!!! Then gave me one meal and two drinks!! I asked where was my other meal at and his response was you only ordered one!! I said you had me repeat my order three times and gave me two drinks!! Why would I order one meal with two pops and pay for them??!!! This rude monstrosity yelled at me “I’m doing a thousand things soooo booo oh well!!!” My husband was on the phone and became upset. I asked for a refund immediately!! The other guy working with him had no hair net on either and his hair was all over his head! But, he was apologetic. I told him it was not him. I got a refund because who wants food from something rude and unkempt like that. When I asked for his name he said it didn’t matter because he’s not from that store so “oh well!!” I will definitely be calling corporate and the health department about how rude and poor service was and failure to cover hair and those unkempt nasty looking nails while fixing food!!
