Read moreThis place used to be my go-to. They knew me by name when walking in. They were fun to talk with, friendly and hospitable. Always accommodating and very good customer service.
Then... something happened.
What it was, I don't know. But now, don't waste your money here. That same family is now a rude, disrespectful, disgusting bitter shell of what once was. The younger ones behind the counter have nasty conversations and make crude and mean remarks. If you ask for anything too labor inducing, like having your sub toasted or asking for a wrap instead of bread, you get yelled at or complete attitude. You chose that job/ life. Don't sigh at me because you have to do your job. I get it, Mommy won't fire you, but that doesn't mean you can just act like this. Not only that, but the food has been steadily been getting worse, and I'm pretty sure if they had a surprise health inspection, they'd fail. I got sick from eating there recently, and when I told them about it the next time I was in there, they said I didn't know what food poisoning was, and I probably just had the stomach flu. Then was basically ignored as I grabbed my pickup order. There are 2 or 3 other Subway restaurants within 5 mins drive. Go there instead. Or, in that same Plaza is a Maria's Bakery/Deli. Go in there and grab a sub from them. I would give them 0 Stars if I could. Avoid if possible.
UPDATE** Decided against my better judgement to give them another try. Man... wrong decision. I don't understand how this place stays open with 2 other locations so close. Crappy people. Crappy food. Just, crappy. ...
Read moreI’m in here almost every week and order the same exact thing on the app. I never do any changes, just press the + button and add to my order. (Picture below). Today I placed a pick up order and when I went inside to pick it up, I thought she gave me the wrong bag. The older lady who’s always in there gave me the bag and I told her the salad was missing. She kept telling me I ordered a chicken salad wrap which I didn’t. I explained to her how I ordered an actual salad (bowl) how I always do. She started reading the receipt and told me I ordered an actual chicken salad wrap which it doesn’t even say that on the receipt. She then asks me with a bad attitude if this was my personal order, once I said it was she proceeds to tell me with the same bad attitude “We’ll you know exactly what you ordered and that’s what you got”. She told me after she noticed she was wrong that she would remake it but by that time, I just decided to leave and not put up with the unnecessary attitude that was given to me. Never again will I give this establishment any of my business. When I got home, I noticed even the blt wrap was wrong. She gave me flat breads for both.
