I order food for my family from this dominoes quite frequently. Like right now I'm waiting on a very large order that I placed online.I had to call them after I placed my order to add my gift certificates and add on to pizza and I have to say the boy(Trevor)that answered the phone is not polite nor professional at all.when I asked him about prices on add one for pizza all he kept saying was "I don't know", or he would say " its like this much I think".If he doesn't know then he shouldn't answer calls,or he should ask the manager.He has no etiquette at all.I have had so many bad experiences with the pm shift and quality of my pizzas and order and they never bring napkins when i ask...............okay delivery guy got here...no napkins!! So I had him wait,I called manager...she apologized ,and said she knows that they always mess up our order,so she fixed it.so then he leaves ,I open the pizza,top lid was smashed into pizza,no big deal...but where's that "premium chicken" I ordered on the pizza....really...6 pieces!! I hàve been ordering pizza from dominoes all over the country for 16 years and this is the only dominoes that has ever messed up my order....and they have done it several times!! The one on fourth plain said they wouldn’t deliver to our address after we talked with them we called the Andresen one and they finalized the order and then told us after the transaction already went through in their system, that we had to transfer to the downtown one after they said they already wouldn’t take our order because we were out of their delivery range. We went to the andresen one after the lady told us it would be a waste of gas and our time, we wanted our money back. Got down there and they voided our order, the manager lied and said they had a delivery driver already on the way even though they said they COULDNT deliver on the phone hence why we had to place our order with Fourth Plain. Both of the locations messed up. She wouldn’t return our money in cash because we payed on card over the phone. It now is going to take 3 days to return our $60 on our card but she expected us to go through and pay the same amount again with Fourth Plain, so we would have $120 in orders until our bank would release the funds from the initial voided transaction. The workers are very rude and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The place should get shut down, I used to work in fast food for almost two years and I am completely blown away with the way they handled the situation in the most unprofessional and completely...
Read moreOrdered 2 medium pizzas online and only received 1 even after Amanda did a "quality check". When it was delivered the driver was very friendly and said to just call and it would be taken care of. When we called we sat on the phone for almost 10 minutes before someone answered. When I'm assuming Amanda answered, and we said we did not receive our correct Order, she immediately was defensive (pretty sure the driver called and she already knew the issue), said "well only one pizza came through"...basically calling us liars and dismissing everything we said. We paid $22 for a medium pizza...yeah sounds right huh?? She continued to argue and never once tried to even attempt any professionalism. She argued until we are so pissed we simply hung up. We will never be doing business there again because of her. Even if something went wrong with the app and the price is correct, there are professional and curious ways to handle a situation when you are in a customer service business. Arguing with a customer from the second you answer the phone isn't the correct one! Thanks Amanda for ruining our New Years Day...
