First off, I'm a very shy person, so this is not normal for me. It is perhaps because of this that I found this so uncalled for. I made an order through uber eats and there was an issue with the order. I called them to see what it was and the line was quiet for some reason. I said I had received a call and was calling back and the lady over the phone without any delay or introduction to see who I was rudely told me that they couldn't do part of it and I would have to figure out something else then the phone went silent.
I was honestly shocked since it had been a very simple conversation and I didn't know what there was to be mad about. Because the line was so quiet and I needed to make sure I knew what had happened with my order and what part wasn't available, I called them back and said, "Hi. I just called about an order on Uber Eats?" Again in a very rude tone she said, "I TOLD YOU we don't have any ice cream at all in the store. You'll have to get your money back through uber eats." (This is word for word.) I was just honestly very surprised. Maybe she was busy or someone else was being rude to her, but I wasn't frustrated at all so I have no idea why she was so rude. I said, "Well unfortunately the phone call was very quiet before so I couldn't hear what you were saying." Again same tone, "Yeah like I said, you'll have to go to Uber Eats." I am a VERY introverted and quiet person, and I almost asked "Why are you being like this?" I controlled myself instead and said, "That's absolutely fine. Have a nice day."
I have rarely leave reviews, but for a person like myself online and phone ordering are the deal and I know a lot of people are like me. This is an absolutely appalling lack of professionalism. To be fair this one person was the only one I had a bad experience with but in addition all of the food was cold when it arrived as well (not we had to wait for your phonecall cold, but it's been out on the counter forever cold.) I don't have any desire to order from them again. The food is survivable, but the service was so rude I was shocked. I didn't even have time to get angry so I know she wasn't responding to me. Read moreI’m sure working at McDonald’s is a tuff gig and, I usually don’t write reviews. Literally I think it was some of the worst customer service I have experienced ever by both the manager and the cashier. Initially I had stood in line with a person in front of me, after his order I step up. And she then walks off doesent acknowledge me or anything and just walks away. The manager then walks up and then tries to force me to order off the kiosk? He condescendingly tells me “there very easy to use”. I then tell him I just figured I’d wait in line cuz there was a cashier right there until she ignored me and walked away. I then ask him while he’s punching away at the kiosk, “does this accept cash?” He says no. I then say well I’m paying cash ? all the while is very cold unhelpful and un attentive. Leaving me confused and unsure of what’s going on. Meanwhile other people that are coming in are actually getting there order taken by the female cashier who ignored me earlier. At this point I am frustrated as I am not being helped or even awknowleged or even told what’s going on as it is morning and I’m on my way to work so time is of the essence. So I turn around get in line again to try to put my order the female cashier then does the same thing straight up ignores me and walks away. Doesent say anything at all. Goes to her manager he then gives her my order number from the kiosk ? So your telling me you couldn’t have just helped me from the beginning when I walked up to the register instead of putting me back 2 spots in line and making me order at the kiosk?! Seems like your making your job harder than it is and it would have been easier to help me initially in the first place. Read moreMy last two trips to the drive thru at night here have left me less than satisfied. One night a order two cheese burgers plain checked the order upon pickup and they were not plain. I left the girl at the window know my order was wrong and was met with attitude she came back gave me my burgers I gave her the benefit of the doubt that it was right this time. But would you believe it not plain again. Now tonight @ 1036 #1234 ordered two chicken nugget Happy meals and two cheese burgers plain in a combo. Got my food didn't check (my fault) got home started to dish my kids out there food and well my two plain cheese burgers were in the happy meal boxes (made correctly this time) but not a single nugget to be found.
As a customer I should be able to trust the individuals working at an establishment are working in a manner to keep there job and/or move up within that company. Taking pride in there work and ensuring they are delivering the best services they can and delivering what the customer wants. The lack of focus and attention to detail displayed is unbelievable. Multiple people looked at my order helped prepare my order before giving it to me and it comes to me with this much of an error.
To the owner and the managers of this location you should be embarrassed of the performance of your employees and you should expect and demand more of them. Your lack of leadership and follow through with your staff is...
