Love the pan noodles with extra tofu. Great go to when we don’t want to cook. I messed up and didn’t hit the no cheese button when ordering the kid’s noodles online for my kid. Which I totally own. When I got it home and opened it I saw cheese on it. He doesn’t eat dairy. I did write “plain noodles” at the bottom to make sure. I didn’t really want to drive back because it was dinner time. So I called and an employee answered the phone and asked if I’d like to speak to the manager. So I did. I asked him if there was a way to get it just plain next time. Mark said he personally made it and there wasn’t no cheese marked on the order. So I asked if plain noodles wasn’t self-explanatory, and he just repeated that it wasn’t checked online. Zero empathy. I should have guessed that when I walked in to get my order and the person behind the counter kind of waved over to one of the counters and said it should be over there somewhere. She did ask me my name, but that was the extent of the interaction. No thanks for coming in. Nothing. Maybe they were super busy, but I can’t change the experience I had. I thanked them on the way out. Nothing. I’m new to the area. We always get takeout from there when we’re too busy, but this is the first time I’ve had the honor of having to run out and get it. Read moreTerrible customer service. Scarlet took my order. I asked for penne Rosa and BBQ Mac. When I got my order I noticed it said Shane (my name is Sean). So she mis heard my name and my order.. The order contained BBQ Mac with Penne noodles in it. I brought it to their attention and was under the impression it would be remade. So I proceeded to add the penne Rosa and paid for it separately since it wasn’t included on the original order. I then asked for my order fixed and she refused to fix the original BBQ Mac order. She said, “that is what you ordered I won’t remake it” I said “no you just have misheard me you even got my name wrong.l She continued to deny and say it was my fault- I ordered the wrong order. (I visit noodles often and always order the same order) She said I can take what they made or get a refund. Also I have to wait for all the customers that are in line first- to get my refund. I had my pregnant wife and 3 kids in the car waiting.. patiently, & kindly. I was super nice to her and asked her if she could just remake the order since my wife is in her first trimester and needed food or she was going to be sick. She refused and stopped talking to me completely. Had to walk away hungry and empty handed. The receipt even says customer satisfaction guaranteed or they would remake the order. I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes to have my order taken. The girl that was working the register completely ignored me the entire time & did not take my order. She constantly gave me dirty looks while organizing the cups & straws. I was waiting patiently thinking maybe she’d help after she was done with what she was doing. I was wrong. She proceeded to just stand there looking at her phone & ignore me. I even asked if she was going to take my order & she didn’t say a word. I walked out due to the service I did not receive. I have never experienced such poor customer service like this. I’ve had friends who have stated they’ve had a similar experience at this location. We will never be back to this location.
