I waited for the excitement to die down a little before going, but I’d say it was worth the wait! We went on a Saturday at lunchtime, got a parking spot up front, and went inside. It was very busy inside the dining room and the drive thru line was long. However, we only waited about 15 minutes from the time we got in line to the time we got our food. I think the drive thru might have been even faster. For two people, the Caniac combo was more than enough food. I thought the chicken fingers were a good size, and there were plenty of fries. Every employee was friendly and informative despite the heat and the crowd. The manager (I assume) even came up to us to ask how we liked our meal. Great service for a fast food restaurant, especially compared to others in Vancouver. Thoughts on the food: -The chicken itself came out piping hot, juicy, and with a crispy, crunchy batter. Like others, I agree it was extremely bland on its own. A little brine or salt would go a long way. I guess if you had picky eaters, the plain chicken would be a great option! -The Cane’s sauce went well with both the chicken and the fries. Personally, I thought it had too much black pepper - not spicy, I just don’t like the flavor of black pepper that much, and there was a lot of it in the sauce. -These are the only crinkle fries I’ve ever enjoyed. Hot, crispy, salty, not mushy in the middle. -Texas toast went well with the other food items, but again had very little flavor. I was expecting more of a buttery flavor. -Coleslaw was good. I don’t usually like coleslaw, as it’s typically too sweet for me. This had a nice acidity to it. I also like that it is chopped instead of shredded; it’s easier to eat that way. -Can’t go wrong with sweet tea! -I didn’t take a picture, but I thought the tiles on the ground outside the restaurant were cute :) TLDR: the food was good and met my expectations for fast food; the service was great and exceeded my expectations for fast food. I would recommend it and I would go back.

When chicken is basically all you do, you dun better do it right, and Raising Cane's brings crispy, crunchy chicken that's better than...well, Krispy Krunchy Chicken (not that that's a hard thing to do...but the point stands)! And the price is pretty darn tootin' reasonable as well, y'all hear me now? It's southern comfort meets northwest sensibility! Ricki-doo! And somehow, despite the dinner bell ringin' (bein' around 6pm when I moseyed on up) and both the parking lot, patio, and interior dining area being packed to the brim, I basically strolled right up to the counter, did my thang, and walked out the door with a Box Combo in about five minutes. Whoever is running the show here sure ain't shootin' from the hip, if ya know what I mean? I shared my boxed-up breaded bird bounty with the missus who, like her husband, thoroughly enjoyed the tender white meat strips, as well as the sauce that accompanied it, wishin' only that there was more of it to go around! The crinkle fries were perfectly salted, and not a single one burnt or overcooked, and the Texas Toast was shared amongst all, including our toddler son, who ran off with most of it. Those other chick-fellas better grab onto their gizzards, 'cuz Raising Cane's is raising hell and bringing their own poultry-pluckin' prowess to the chicken-chuckin' competition in this here town! Not to mention all them sauces, spices, sides and fries! Yee-haw!

My wife and I moved to Tacoma Washington about a year and a half ago from Las Vegas, Nevada. Now. To put everything into perspective and the reason why we drove 131 miles just to eat here is because, Cane's is everywhere in Las Vegas and it's everything to my wife! When you find something that your wife loves, then you should be willing to go as far as you need to just to see her smile and that happiness for her is Raising Cane's. When we entered we were immediately greeted and I already knew what she wanted so we placed our order and only had to wait for literally two (2) minutes and when my wife's name was called she immediately jumped up to grab her food, when out of nowhere an awesome team member asked where we were sitting and she graciously carried our food directly to our table. I got a caniac and my wife got a box combo ( it was intentional because we wanted leftovers for dinner 🤣)... I truly wish I could remember the team members name 'she was 100% legit cool too.' she was calling out everyone's name when it was ready and if your hands were full, she was right behind you to help! Amazing staff, amazing location, and I really hope Cane's makes it's way to Tacoma soon. Side note: we are going to do the trip again just for Cane's

So I want to start off by saying, I went to this location opening week and had no issues at all and waited 40min to get through which felt like a day at the spa compared to today. I was a restuarant manager at Wendy's for 5 years. I was on the fence about even leaving this review as I know how obnoxious people can be. But my visit today was nothing but frustrating from start to finish. So allow me to explain.

I went today during lunch and choose to go to the drive through. When I pulled in there was maybe 6 cars waiting (3 in each line) which was great compared to the opening week where you had 30-40 cars waiting. This time I was waiting and realized it had been a little bit of time since my line had moved, and the other line was moving slowly but still moving. The two cars ahead of me eventually pulled forward and it was then I realized what the problem was. They were only taking orders from one line of cars. The two cars ahead of me waited all that time and still didn't get to order. When I realized they were not serving that line, I drove around the building. This time to wait in a line that was no longer moving. Now no orders were being taken, none at all. At this point the line was building and going around the parking lot. After about 5-10 min they send out two workers to start taking orders on the mobile pad that they have. Even then no orders were being taken as they were talking to whoever on their headsets. It took a second for them to start, but slowly orders were being taken and the line moved a little bit. Which would have been encouraging, you think "hey, they have a small menu. It is short and sweet this should be a breeze" this was quickly struck down with ANOTHER standstill. No movement from inside even though orders were waiting. Annoying but, okay things happen.

All of this i could have forgiven. No problem. The reason I'm leaving this is because of what happened next. The car ahead of me was given their food and was told the receipt was in the bag and to please leave a survey to let them know how they did. Like normal I'm sure. I figured maybe I should do the survey since this was a little rough experience. I wasnt even sure if i would actually do it. I get to the window and the employee with dark long hair and glasses was there and they handed me my drinks. I then ask the worker for the managers name. Just in case I want to include it in my survey. They was reluctant to give it to me and responded with "why" so I told them why, so I could include it on my survey. Instead of giving the name they shut the window in my face and called the manager over to the window which I got their name, which was Zernando or Fernando (I apologize it was loud and I couldn't hear him clearly) that was that and I drove off.

On my way home I was planning on doing the survey. Which I'm sure would have been much more private. Probably going to the company directly and not to the public for everyone to see. However I think the employee tried pulling a fast one on me. As I received no receipt in my order. They were probably hoping that would have been the end of it with no negative survey xoming through. But no, here we are! Posting on Google for all to see.

Thanks for coming to...

I've read reviews that contradicted each other and decided I needed to check things out for myself. The chicken was bland, then it was seasoned well, the fries were too soft, then they were too crunchy. The chicken pieces were too small, or just right, depending on the size of the bird they came from.

I personally thought everything was good. I ordered the box meal, hoping to get the coleslaw, fries, bread, sauce, and chicken. They were out of coleslaw so they substituted a 2nd piece of toast.

I was bummed because I don't eat coleslaw that often and was looking forward to getting some.

I went through the drive thru and it was a little rough going around the people that parked and went inside. We were all competing for every square inch of the parking lot, and in order for one to make any progress, people had to yield to another car to move 6" before they could move 6". It was a tight squeeze. Once I turned left in the lot, the whole area in the back was full of empty spaces.

There was music playing on the exterior speakers but I couldn't tell who was singing. It was pretty much just noise to me.

So after experiencing the drive thru, I went home to unwrap my dinner. I don't eat a lot of fried chicken and am not fond of the extra grease that is everywhere. These weren't bad at all. They were tender and went well with the sauce.

Someone mentioned in another review about the extra black pepper in the sauce, and I agree with their suggestion to tone the black pepper down a little so it isn't so overpowering.

The fries were cooked just right. Maybe you should look into getting larger potatoes so all of the fries aren't so little. I think the longest one was about 3".

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I was able to get 2 meals out of it. The cost was reasonable, too.

I did notice that there wasn't much variation in the color of my food. We should have a variety of colors of food on our plate so it looks more appealing. And we're getting a variety of nutrients.

I may go back just to get the chicken tenders and use them for salads at work. There were a lot of carbs in that box! I can definitely go back for chicken. It reminded me of a recipe I had that was for tenders. They held a lot of flavor and were...

Where do I even begin with this review?! First off—10 out of 10, hands down, to the incredible night shift working on Thursday, February 13, who had to close early due to the snow. My brother had a similar review before mine, but I also wanted to make sure I gave my rating.

We were on our way to Oregon and had planned to stop at Raising Cane’s for a late lunch. What should have been a 2.5-hour drive turned into a grueling 7-hour journey thanks to snow traffic! Despite the delay, we were still determined to get our Raising Cane’s fix—except now, it was going to be for dinner.

This location is much easier to access than the one in Portland, but when we arrived, we saw a sign on the door stating they would be closing early at 8 p.m. due to the snow. At that moment, we only had five minutes to order, which was a bit of a bummer since all I wanted was to finally get out of the car after that exhausting drive.

When we went inside, we asked the girl taking our order if we could sit and eat, even though they were about to close. To our surprise, they were perfectly fine with it and even allowed a few more customers in after us. I feel bad that I didn’t get her name, but I do remember that she was Samoan—she was so kind and took great care of us. Honestly, I would have completely understood if they had told us we needed to take our food to go, but their hospitality made all the difference.

The food was perfect. My mom had Raising Cane’s for the first time and couldn’t get over how tender and flavorful the chicken was. The staff was friendly and never made us feel rushed, even as they continued cleaning up for closing. A few of us went back for another round of drinks, but by then, the dispensers had already been taken apart. Even so, one of the team members offered to grab whatever drinks we needed from the back—just another example of their outstanding service.

After a brutal 7-hour drive, this experience was the highlight of our day. We all enjoyed our food with zero complaints. This isn’t the kind of place where you tip, but if I could have, I would’ve left a huge one. Honestly, the whole crew deserved a raise for their amazing customer service and great food.

Huge thanks to the team working that night—we will definitely...
