Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Ventura

So disappointed, went in with gift cards my mom had given my boys for the holiday and we ordered about $65 worth of ice cream. The register was not working, it would not accept my gift cards ($40 worth) or my debit or credit card (we tried a few just in case it was a bank issue) so I was given the option of leaving my ice cream there while I went to get cash....I was not expecting to spend $65 for ice cream, I was okay with the $25....... the girl working was so nice and so apologetic (this is the only reason for the 2nd star) i asked if there was a discount that could be given and she said she would give my name and number to the manager to see if they could rectify the issues we had, it has been 3 weeks and I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE!! For businesses that are struggling right now, as well as people you would think the customer service would be better....ice cream is a luxury expense and from now on ill go else where to spend my hard...

Customer service is everything to me and it’s becoming a bygone trait in a lot of restaurants these days. This specific Baskin-Robins is apparently no different. Walked in 7/27 about 1245 pm. Employee was busy doing other work (completely understandable). But when she finally walked up to me I said “hi, how’s it going”… she just stared blankly at me… then continued to just stare blankly. As if my presence was annoying and she just wanted to rush the process. So I just turned and walked out, currently headed to cold stone instead. I’m starting to document this when I see it now because of the tipping culture, which I’m fine with but if you want my extra money than do at least the bare minimum required for basic...

Horrible customer service! I asked for a simple milkshake n it looked like smoothly . That taste like flavor milk! When I asked if she could please remake it With less milk so it's thick like milkshake she was irritated threw them in trash rolled her eyes n asked the other gal or I think she was a girl ..Hannah to make them . She made it same way .. Dose BR not properly show these young min wage kids how to make a simple milkshake? N I asked her if they were taught n she Rudely replied that's ur standard milkshake !!!! Um no that's a smoothly . Who wants melted ice cream to drink . . Very...
