Okay... Where do i even start. 3/24 i ordered dominos for my family at 6:15. The app says its done cooking at 6:39 and being quality checked... I get a call at 6:47 asking where my address is ... 🙃 (i live behind walgreens) used this address over 20 times at least. He says my address is super hard to find but he called me from the store... So he wasnt out delivering it. Then 7:38 our food was finally delivered! Cold, gross, overcooked. I called the store 15 times and no answer. So i drive there to get my food remade hot. Instead the manager would not listen to anything i had to say she just cut me off saying phones are down and yes my address is hard to find and tried telling me my food sitting there for an hour is fine. She refused to remake it and refused to appologize and just said they mark it delivered before they actually leave the store. I swore once because its just in my natural language a d she asked me to stop so i did... After that she kicked me out. Wouldnt even give me the light of day. I asked for corporates number she said no. I asked her manager name she said no. Why do we even support dominos anymore. Seriously they have the worst customer service. Who in the right mind would serve hour old pizza to a family and have the gall to ask for a tip. Heres the kicker... The delivery driver "forgot" my reciept in the car and said she could write in my tip for me and sign.... I asked for contactless delivery but she still knocked and waited for me to answer... That manager needs some...
Read moreI am very frustrated with this location. We are locked in quarantine with Covid and made an order on the app using our free pizza and a couple of paid pizzas. They called us that they don’t have an ingredient, when I asked if I could just change the order with them they just wanted me off the phone and told me to go back and reorder on the app. Looking at it, the store processed the order as complete and did not reverse, causing us to lose the free pizza and wasting an hour trying to fix it before we finally just ordered somewhere else. I believe it will charge us as well. I tried to call them back and they won’t answer the phone. So maddening!!
Edit 8/24/21 So after I left this post, the pizza man showed up with two cold pizzas. I explained the situation and he said he’d have someone call me. About 10 minutes later a lady called me. She offered to refund me to two pizzas they never sent. When the charge went through, it was for the full amount. So we are now having to dispute the charge. I have loved dominos, but this may eliminate us using them again....
Read moreEverytime I go in there, which has been 4 times and I do t plan on anymore, it seems the " children " are to busy playing and helping a customer is the last thing they want to do, that is the night shift. They are lacking in management at night. Last time I was in the lobby waiting and a customer came in to pickup his dinner, they handed it to him, took his money did NOT say Thank you or offered to assist him in any way and there was 2.. yup...2 guys at the counter.. phone rang they both pick up and the customer stood there for a clue of seconds thinking that one of them would have bagged his food ... Nope...customer didn't himself and turned and walked out without the 2 employees saying one word to him !! It was the rudest, inconsiderate and most unprofessional action I have ever seen. If they do not like there job or working with the public maybe they need to go elsewhere. Dayshift......
