The only reason I'm rating a 3 and not a 1 is because of the awesome customer service. Unfortunately, their installers, at least the one that worked on my truck, failed a very simple test. I've been installing for years so I understand why this happened, but still, a fail. I purposely unplugged a speaker wire and took it in for an amp tune. Now at 1st glance, nobody would want to work on this due to the madness of wires behind the deck...BUT THE SPEAKER WIRE UNPLUGGED WAS OUT IN THE OPEN. When I picked up my truck all of the dials on my sub amp were turned all the way down, telling me they couldn't figure out why it wasn't playing (sub). Granted it was a Friday afternoon, but I still told the installer and the lady up front, I don't care how many hours it takes, please get me right. I only paid for a half hour of work so I'm not complaining, however, how would you feel about "donating" a business money due...

These guys are true professionals! They do amazing things. I have used them many times. From clear bra, to rock lights, to refrigerator on a slide. You won't be disappointed!
